The quiet location right by the conservation area does not exclude a very good transport connection. Public transport to the city center and the main train station can be reached in a few minutes on foot. By car, you can reach the A52 in 3 minutes. Essen trade fair: about 10 minutes; Düsseldorf trade fair: about 30 minutes Düsseldorf Airport: about 20 minutes; CentrO: about 25 minutes (each by car)

Im ausreichend großen Bad mit Fenster befindet sich eine Dusche. Die Unterkunft befindet sich im wunderschönen Ruhrgebiet. Von hier aus werden schnell verschiedene Fahrradtrassen erreicht und die Umgebung kann per Rad erkundet werden.

Spacious, quiet, safe and very bright accommodation, above the rooftops of the city, as well as great views of the garden towards the forest. Everything you need for a cozy stay can be found here and the unobstructed view of the garden can be enjoyed from the sofa. The city, the CentrO. and the nearby huge Ruhrpark invite you to take a walk. Above all, the apartment is absolutely quiet, private and secluded. Note, we don't have an elevator.

Modern apartment on the horse farm with a view

We offer a new apartment on our horse farm in a rural, quiet area. The complete furnishings have just been purchased. The good highway connection on the edge of the Ruhr area in the beautiful Rotbachtal is definitely a plus. From our farm you can explore the area excellently. We are happy to rent the apartment on a weekly or monthly basis. Just ask. From the apartment you have a magnificent view of the courtyard and the Rotbachtal.

Nice apartment in Oberhausen, 60 sqm. Near CentrO

Enjoy life at this peaceful and centrally-located non-smoking place in the heart of the Ruhr area. Children are welcome, unfortunately pets are not. The apartment is on the first floor of our 2-family house. We offer you remote check-in (keysafe), bicycle garage and highchair. The garden is not available to you, except for smoking. Take wonderful bike rides on great paths or visit the nearby CentrO with many attractions.

This is Tim's apartment. It's very intimate because of that. Super clean. Nicely furnished with plenty of space. No free cabinets for your own clothes. We were only there because of the apartment with 2 toilets and three bedrooms in Bottrop. Industrial culture is great, but you have to drive a lot.
