Directly on the Peenestrom, in the south of the island of Usedom, the over 1000 sqm garden property is located on the edge of the village of Zecherin. The magnificent serenity, the wide view, the many animals to be observed and of course the cozy bungalow are the most important plus points. For shopping you have to go to the city of Usedom 7 km away. The white Baltic Sea beaches are 25 km away. A small dinghy for bathing, 2 old folding bikes as well as the wood-heated garden sauna can be rented by arrangement

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a three-family house in the original part of the old town of Volga, next to the market square. From here you can easily reach bakers, cafes, restaurants, shops, banks and doctors. Five minutes walk to the UBB stop (Usedombäder, Greifswald, Stralsund )On foot is the old port with museum ship, fishing cart, canoe station, shipyard, berths, boat rental and a boat equipment provider. Bicycle workshop, pharmacy and post office in the old town.

Pinnow is 5 km from the island of Usedom (25 min by car to the Baltic Sea beach). In the village there is a restaurant, a snack bar and the large swimming lake, which can also be explored with an Anka (rowboat) for rent or also for fishing enthusiasts. The surroundings can be explored in peace on the bike paths. The bungalow has a bedroom with sofa bed, a 2nd bedroom with double bed, kitchen, bathroom with toilet and shower. From the terrace you have a beautiful view of the lake.

Welcome to the tranquil village of Wietstock. The vacation home is located in an elaborately renovated brick house on our spacious courtyard with old trees. It has a separate entrance, a private garden and a nice seating area behind the house. Lovingly furnished, it is ideal for relaxing and unwinding or working in any season. Perfect starting point for hikes and bike tours in the nearby area or excursions towards Usedom.

Vacation home for two in Lassan opposite Usedom

The cottage for two is a tiny house on the outskirts of Lassan; the front on Wolgaster Straße, the back with an open view towards Papenberg – and everything easily accessible (e.g. the harbor in about 1 km, publicly accessible beach at the nature campsite 1.5 km), because there are two bikes available free of charge. The cottage it contains only this one holiday apartment and it is also the only one on the property.
