Elegantes Brooklyn-Style-Loft im Herzen Hamburgs

Our loft is located in the rear courtyard of a heritage red clinker brick complex from the 1920s. We have renovated an old light-filled workshop with a lot of love for detail with metal and oak. We offer: - 5 meter high ceilings - Fully-equipped open kitchen - a modern bathroom with Rainshower shower head - a spacious living area. Up in the gallery is a comfortable double bed. Please do not inquire about events, film shoots or the like. Guests have access to the entire loft. We live just minutes away and are happy to assist our guests. Hoheluft-West is in the heart of the city, less than two kilometers from the Schanzenviertel, three kilometers from the Alster and four kilometers from the harbor. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, supermarkets and restaurants are within walking distance. Hoheluftbrücke (U3) and Schlump (U2) U-Bahn subway stations are minutes away. Bus 181 stops almost right in front of the building, and buses M4 and M5 stop less than 100 meters away. In the vicinity, you can park almost anywhere on the street. Smoking is not allowed. Smoking outside the front door is okay, but after 10 pm please do not speak loudly because of the neighbors. Definitely do not use the flower pots as ashtrays (someone has already done that...)!

In addition to the 75 sqm large, bright, open and spacious living space, the apartment includes a large roof terrace and a balcony. The equipment and furnishings are super high quality. E.g. Senseo coffee maker, SodaStream, large fridge ... My guests can use the streaming services maxdome and amazone PRIME on the TV for free.

Separate entrance / hallway, 1 bedroom for parents with double bed and crib. 2 cozy sleeping galleries under the roof with round windows, one for schoolchildren and one for 2 teenagers or young adults. In the lower area of the open studio, a (sleeping) sofa invites you to linger, and a kitchenette offers space to enjoy small meals. A narrow spiral staircase leads to the sleeping area under the roof, where a cozy double bed is available. Directly behind it you enter the small, modern bathroom. A cozy alcove above the bathroom offers another sleeping option for athletes.

Beautiful mini loft in the heart of Hamburg

Beautiful miniloft, very well equipped, in the heart of Hamburg-Bahrenfeld. In the middle of the Theodorhof, a former barracks grounds, with beautiful buildings and versatile tenants. The landlord is the zero-facing clay production, which had an old bunker complex converted into 11 beautiful offices and minilofts with a lot of love for detail. A bus stop is nearby and the BAB 7, exit Bahrenfeld you need not 4 minutes.
