We offer a bright, very spacious, cozy and fully furnished attic apartment. The very large balcony (about 3 x 7 m) with a western orientation has a high leisure and recreational value, especially in the evening. Our house is idyllically located on the outskirts of a well-kept Lübbener suburb. Lübben as a gateway to the Ober- and Unterspreewald is an excellent starting point for excursions to both regions. The Gurken cycling path leads directly past the house. As hosts, we are at your disposal with tips.

Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

In unserer Villa Spreewaldgarten vermieten wir zwei individuelle Wohnungen. Apt. No.2 liegt im Dachgeschoß und hat ein offenes Raumkonzept mit Küche, Essbereich und Wohnzimmer in einem großzügig geschnittenen, hellen Raum. Im Schlafzimmer steht ein großes Doppelbett sowie ein separates Einzelbett zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist kinderfreundlich eingerichtet, bei Bedarf können Hochstuhl, Kinderbett und Spielzeug genutzt werden. Garten, Pool und Grill können ebenfalls mit genutzt werden.

Das Ferienhaus wird jetzt das erste Mal vermietet nachdem es umfangreich erneuert wurde. Du findest eine gut ausgestattete Küche, drei Doppelbetten, eine Klimaanlage und einen Kamin vor. In den umliegenden Wäldern kannst du wandern, du kannst im nahegelegenen See baden, angeln oder Kanu fahren.
