Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Schleiden

If you want to spend a quiet weekend in the countryside, you are in very good hands in this accommodation. We enjoyed our time on site very much and were able to relax both in the apartment and in the directly adjacent garden. We loved the quiet surroundings. If you want to eat out, you have to drive a few minutes or walk a good distance, but you will definitely find what you are looking for. To emphasize: The accommodation was so clean that we thought we were the first guests.

Fantastic holiday accommodation in a fantastic location. Both we and our 4-legged companion felt extremely comfortable from the first moment. A warm welcome and as the icing on the cake, a delicious soup greeted us. Wonderful hiking trails right from the front door, a great terrace for relaxing, a beautiful fireplace for warming up. The garden is dog-proof fenced and was gladly and much used as the selection of terrace furniture is more than sufficient. The beds were comfortable and the communication with Patrick was excellent. The area, with its numerous nature reserves and hiking trails, has enchanted us. Overall, one of the most beautiful vacations. We will be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful stay in Awenne, a beautiful area with numerous walks nearby. We were warmly welcomed and had a pleasant stay in the house. The spacious garden and the sunny terrace is an absolute added value.

Marie-Louise is an incredibly friendly person with an idyllically located house (bison in front of the window included). The kitchen is well equipped, we have rarely experienced this. It is beautifully quiet and also our daughter loved the surroundings, which invites you to hike. Children's equipment such as high chair and bed are also available. The nearby playground should also be mentioned. Bad Münstereifel is about 10 minutes by car, where you can find shops for shopping or restaurant. There is also a small garden or courtyard. We will be happy to come back.

The place and the host were great! This is a great place, especially for a vacation with a dog. We immediately felt at home and everything you needed was there - from bathroom to kitchen utensils Moralie always gave us immediate information on what to do, when, and how. The environment is beautiful and very quiet. You have to know this in advance and plan for it, as you would almost always have to drive to restaurants and shopping. The reception is also very problematic - if you are not dependent on it, however, it is not a problem and all the better if you do not have to pay attention to work and mobile phone. Really very nice accommodation - thank you Moralie. Gladly again!

We felt very comfortable and welcome in Ulla's vacation home. The house was super clean and very well equipped. Communication with Ulla was very nice and straightforward. The landscape is beautiful for hiking and further exploration. We also liked the proximity to Cologne, but still in the countryside. All in all, a small paradise and ideal for our short break.

We spent a few days at this wonderful place last week, and it was truly a dream. We were looking for peace and rest, and we found exactly that—and so much more. The atmosphere is calm and soothing, the surroundings are beautiful, and the space itself is incredibly comfortable and cozy. The view and the nature around us felt like a dream come true. We felt deeply connected to the environment, and even though the pictures are beautiful, they simply can’t capture the feeling of actually being there. It’s something you have to experience for yourself. The hosts were absolutely lovely—friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Check-in and check-out were incredibly smooth and stress-free, which made everything even more enjoyable. We’re extremely happy with our stay and would absolutely love to come back. Highly recommended if you need to recharge in a peaceful, welcoming environment!

With our family of 2 parents and 4 adult children and their partners, we had a wonderful week. The house met all expectations; spotless, tastefully decorated and fully equipped. What was striking, after previous experiences, was that crockery and cutlery were very widely available and the kitchen equipment was more than complete. Nothing was misplaced. The amenities were as promised. Delightful free garden. However, we soon received a notification that we had to take the noise into account with the neighbors. When we unexpectedly had no hot water, a technician arrived within an hour of reporting it and quickly fixed it. A bottle of sparkling wine for the suffering, not necessary, but nice.

Very friendly, informative and communicative owners, thanks Jenna and Alexandre. I spent a night in the apartments with my two daughters. We came for hiking nearby. Felt very comfortable inside and outside. Nice spacious area. Apartments equipped by all required, clean and cozy. I would recommend to add microwave oven, but not critical. Good internet wi-fi speed. I think a swimming pool and its description make slight confusion, as it's actually without heating, can barely be appropriate for swimming and keep 20-25 degree by itself if not hot days outside and apartments cost higher than comparable ones in the area - assume because of the pool, which wasn't a problem for us, but I would like to be honest here. We were in June, the temperature outside was 16-18 degree, water temperature around 15-17 degree. This won't prevent us to dive into it twice, but more as a 'Wim Hof' challange :) Thanks for a nice stay!

There were five of us in the mill and we really liked it! Nicole and Alfred are very warm and gave us good recommendations for exploring the area. Great view from the balcony directly into the forest. The street behind the house can be heard but is not very busy and therefore not a big deal. The apartment is very cozy and furnished with a lot of love for detail. We totally enjoyed it - thanks for the wonderful time! :)

Very nice stay as a couple with our dog. Everything was great and Arnaud explained everything to us proactively. Beautiful view and ideal for dogs. However, I would like to mention that the garden fence is good except for the part at the back that overlooks a meadow with horses: our dog was able to pass through and took a little walk in the meadow. Fortunately, he has a good memory :) Big thanks for this stay!

Love Tessa Dear Community, Our stay in the Eifel has become an all-round feel-good holiday due to many factors. Very beautiful, natural, hiking region. All the people we met were open, helpful and very hospitable... Tessa's farmhouse is a special location, clean, original, lovingly prepared and the garden with conservatory invites you to relax. Everything was as described.. The communication with Achim was very nice and uncomplicated. The garden is very nice and quiet and a great playground for small children.

The apartment is located in a small village. It is nice, quiet and relaxing there. You just park on the side of the road in front of the house. The apartment is totally beautiful and relatively large. It seemed newly renovated to me. It all looked like in the photos. It is modern and you feel comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a dishwasher - a big plus. Everything was clean and I can absolutely recommend the apartment.

We had a great stay at Marianne's. She is very hospitable, friendly and helpful. We were in a beautiful place by the water, where we had a wonderful time cycling and walking. Our dogs felt immediately welcome and had just as much fun as we did. When one of our dogs had an eye problem, Marianne even helped us - really heartwarming. Her own dog Tommy was also more than friendly to our dogs and to us. In short: a place and hostess that we highly recommend! We'll definitely come back.

We had a fantastic weekend away in the Eifel region with Sabine and Wilhelm's cottage as a base. Ideal airbnb for a stay as a couple : a nicely decorated house in a quiet location with all comforts in kitchen and bathroom. We would love to come back for a longer stay!

We felt very comfortable at the place. The house is very cozy and has a lot of charm. It is conveniently located in the city center of Monschau and everything is within walking distance. There are many interesting things to explore nearby. Anke gives good recommendations for restaurants and excursions.

We spent 10 very nice days in the Eifel. Located on the edge of the village with unobstructed views of the Eifel. Thanks to the great weather, we were able to use the beautiful terrace and explore the countless hiking trails in all directions with our dog. Questions were answered within the shortest possible time, we would come back every time! If you want a quiet vacation close to nature, we can only recommend this AirBnB and the hosts!

Our stay in the log cabin "Fledermaus" fully met our expectations. The quiet location, the charming furnishings and the walking distance to excursion destinations as well as supply options have made our getaway an all-around great experience. Absolutely recommended for a holiday in the Eifel!
