With a lot of love and diligence, this apartment was completely renovated to highlight the medieval architectural style. Simply enjoy this apartment with integrated kitchen and bathroom, as well as this extraordinary landscape. Here is the starting point of your bike and canoe tours. The Elster-Park with its approx. 100,000 square meters of gross floor space, is Europe's largest industrial monument from the Gründerzeit [founders' period]. The bright loft with 97 square meters on a total of two levels with open living and dining area (facing northwest to Nonnenstraße) convinces with fantastic location and private boat dock. Netflix and Amazon Prime Video are available free of charge on the 55" UHD SmartTV. Leipzig's waterways can be explored for a small surcharge with your own 2-seater kayak.

The modern and comfortable apartment for up to four guests was renovated and equipped to a high standard in December 2017. A few minutes' walk from the main train station, it is located in the most beautiful district of Untermhaus between the river and the city forest! All pictures hung in the apartment are originals by local, regional and European artists and can be purchased! A fully automatic washer-dryer will be purchased for the next rental of 1 month or longer.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a separate toilet. The living and dining area is a stylishly furnished room with a three-sided glass front. From the living and dining area, you can access the terrace. You can enjoy your meals here. Relax and unwind on the roof terrace.
