The host was incredibly kind. The house was extremely well-equipped, the outdoor space was enjoyable, and the house had a stunning view. We are deeply grateful for the host's warm hospitality. They generously gifted us with traditional Easter sweets, a delightful olive oil, and exquisite local honey. An unforgettable experience!

Wij waren een week in het huis van George eind september. We vonden de ruimte erg mooi en fijn. Omdat het huisje ernaast niet verhuurd werd hadden we alle mooie terrassen met geweldig uitzicht voor onszelf. schattig dorpje in de bergen op ca 30 minuten van mooie stranden en ook mogelijkheden om de bergen te verkennen. George communiceert snel en goed via Airbnb. Voor sleuteloverdracht en direct contact was er een vriendelijke buurvrouw. We misten het een en ander in de keuken, waaronder een koffiezetapparaat. toen we de buurvrouw ernaar vroegen, stond ze 2 dagen later met een gloednieuw apparaat voor de deur. wij zouden zonder aarzelen dit huis opnieuw huren. Wir haben uns unheimlich wohl gefühlt und die Terrasse war größer und schöner, als sie auf dem Bildern aussieht - sowieso der wichtigste Aufenthaltsort überhaupt. Die Nähe zum Strand war unbezahlbar und wir haben beim Meeresrauschen besonders gut und tief geschlafen. Danke Zampia, für diesen unvergesslichen Urlaub

We had a wonderful stay at the Seascape Villa! The views are truly stunning and the photos do not do them justice! Maria was an incredible and caring host/ point of contact and was so responsive, providing special tips and recommendations to make our visit enjoyable! She’s happy to help, and even called ahead to restaurants for vegan options for us - thanks! The separate and very private bedrooms with their own entrances are great for sharing the space. Lots of outdoor places to relax and enjoy the view. The secluded rocky beach is breathtaking and absolutely worth the hike down and up - more for the adventurous type but absolutely doable and worth it! So peaceful and gorgeous down at that beach. Sometimes there is some noise from the neighbors and their dogs, cats, and from the road behind the house which is normal/ typical if off a main road and with neighbors - just flagging that although it is private and somewhat secluded it can get noisy at times. 100 percent would return!!

We had an amazing week - we really enjoyed the house and its amenities and the beach is just across the street, so it’s a great place to disconnect and enjoy. If you like to run, there’s a long beach just a few mins away. Hosts were great, very responsive and super helpful. 100% recommend, would definitely come back.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cette charmante maison très calme et très bien équipée. La région est très belle et de nombreuses plages sont accessibles en une quinzaine de minutes. Nous espérons revenir dans ce bel endroit.

Anna’s house is beautiful, cozy, and peaceful in the small village called Shinokapsala on the southern coast of Crete. The house has a lot of space and the view is spectacular for the balcony. All but one room has private bathrooms, the kitchen is the best equipped among the apartments we rented in Crete. All windows have motorized blinds, and all rooms are equipped with AC. It can be reached only by car and if you want to buy something you need to take the car also because the village has no shops but the calmness and the sight make up for it. Strong N, NW winds could make some noises in the house but if one can sleep deep or uses earplugs what we did could oversleep these nights without a problem. Anna was a great host. Even though we got lost in the mountains because we didn’t follow her clear instructions on approaching the village, she patiently waited for us in the middle of the night. We heartily recommend Anna and her house for families or small groups.

We cannot say enough good things about our stay. Agios Ioannis is a picturesque mountain village and Pasithea has a breathtaking view on the sea. The tavern just below gives a nice lively touch, with the village not being too overcrowded. The family owned tavern is very special incl the best souvlaki! The house is very clean and the kitchen, bathroom and living room eqipped with everything you need, even to make a longer stay possible. The design of the house is also a big plus. It carries traditional design as well as modern details. The terrace is as big as the house itself and the fact that you can open the doors completely makes it even more spacious with a stunning view. Maria was always easy to contact and fast to respond, helping out with everything. We haven’t met but she made our stay feel very warmly. There is no supermarket in town but you can get almost everything within 15min in Koutsounari. We fell in love with Agios Ioannis and will keep coming back.
