East Side Gem

Easily walk to downtown Saratoga or to the track! This family-friendly residence is also located just 0.6 miles to the East Side Recreation Park - which includes great walking, pickleball, baseball, basketball, and a kids swim park! The exclusive walking trail - Excelsior Park Spring - can take you all the way from Wilton to SPAC , but is a lovely short walk as well. This is a new AirBnb listing, and my first home, however I live right around the corner now and can accommodate any need!

New live edge dining table, A new game room featuring a Ring toss, Chess, checkers, new washer and dryer as well. You are centrally located to Downtown Saratoga Springs, SPAC, Racetrack, Casino and more! The town has so much to offer as far as restaurants, shopping, hiking and biking. You are very close to Lake George and Skidmore College as well!
