Charming apartment in an old building, within walking distance of the Landesgartenschau 2026 Cozy, newly renovated apartment in an old building on the 2nd floor of our house in the district Schrezheim with a parking space right by the house. The center of Ellwangen is about 2.5 kilometers away, which can be reached on foot in about 25 minutes. A supermarket with a bakery is about 1,200 meters from the accommodation. The Landesgartenschau 2026 can be reached on foot in about 800 meters. In the bedroom, there is a premium box spring bed measuring 180x200 cm.

All shopping facilities can be found within a radius of about 800 m. In about 500 m you will reach the Laubach reservoir.

The vacation home was built in 1971 by the Stuttgart architect Günter Behnisch. With the large glass front and the lots of wood, you feel at one with nature.
