The modern, fully equipped apartment offers enough space and comfort for 2 people to enjoy a pleasant stay. 2+1 means that families with a child have the budget-friendly option of letting the child sleep on the pull-out sofa bed (see photos). An adult can also sleep here. Please note that using the sofa bed inevitably comes with limitations in terms of space and comfort. If you don't want to compromise on comfort even with three people, we recommend taking a look at our larger apartments.

The "Anton" apartment, renovated in 2022, is on the 2nd floor in the Venier guest house is located in a quiet location in Scharnitz (Seefeld Olympia Region) and can accommodate 2-4 people. In the apartment there is a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with large sofa bed, a large kitchen with dining table for about 8 people, a spacious bathroom and a large balcony. Due to its location at the foot of the Karwendel Valley, the apartment is ideal for hiking and biking excursions.

In the eat-in kitchen there is a cozy sitting area, the bathroom is spacious. In an adjoining room is a second toilet. Two parking spaces are available for each apartment directly in front of the house, as well as a garden area of approx. 300 square meters.
