The modern, fully equipped apartment offers enough space and comfort for 2 people to enjoy a pleasant stay. 2+1 means that families with a child have the budget-friendly option of letting the child sleep on the pull-out sofa bed (see photos). An adult can also sleep here. Please note that using the sofa bed inevitably comes with limitations in terms of space and comfort. Our apartments are newly renovated (May 2023), very spacious (80 sqm) and can accommodate five people (two double rooms and one single room). In the eat-in kitchen there is a cozy sitting area, the bathroom is spacious. In an adjoining room is a second toilet. Two parking spaces are available for each apartment directly in front of the house, as well as a garden area of ​​approx. 300 square meters.

The exclusive chalet village is located at over 1,000 metres in the Tyrolean municipality of Leutasch, with ideal connections to the Seefeld region. It offers numerous outdoor activities all year round, such as hikes and bike tours in the alpine paradise of Gaistal along the Leutascherache or more challenging mountain peaks. You can set off on foot directly from the chalet and enjoy nature.
