Life rhythm simple living close to nature!

The life rhythm in the cottage is basic, close to nature in a wonderful hiking and cycling area, in a large, nature-rich place: vegetable garden, newly created food forest, flower gardens & pond are ecologically managed. There are a few pets (dog, cat, chickens, walking duck, bees). The refrigerator is underground and the composting toilet an experience in itself. The whole is made as environmentally friendly as possible and an invitation to live simply while respecting nature. There's a wood stove.

The cottage is in the middle of the nature reserve 'Ae's Woudbloem’ and you can find a huge number of beautiful cycling/hiking trips there. In addition, from the cottage you have beautiful views of Groningen and you can enjoy your holiday/weekend away with peace and quiet. Resume The studio is located in a rural farmhouse on the outskirts of Groningen. A fantastic place to use as a base to work or relax, or explore the city, northern provinces and islands of Schiermonnikoog and Borkum (Germany). The studio is complete, tasteful and luxuriously furnished. In addition to the rental of 2 studios, we have a large green yard with an orchard, small horse stable, chickens and a sweet dog (Friese Stabij). Other: everything is on the ground floor and we have free parking.

Had a very pleasant stay in Yvonne's attic. Clean accommodation, nice beds and there was the possibility to make your own coffee and tea. Yvonne was easily accessible and a nice host. The residence is within walking distance of the center and Europapark station.

The house was exactly as in the description and easy to find. The communication was fast and easy :) Everything is really nearby and the recommendations were great. Also everything was prepared for our small child which really helped us to have a comfortable stay and we could enjoy ourselves. Thanks again for the lovely gift we received for her birthday. ❤️ I’d definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Lea’s place. It’s a spacious, cozy home with everything you need present. The kitchen was well equipped and there are books and games, and not to miss the great garden. The only thing we didn’t like was the curtains that let all light through - but after giving this as feedback Lea immediately thanked me for the tip and told me she will change it. Great host! Would recommend booking :)
