This house is too beautiful to be real. Design is cured in all details with high end kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need. A true gem in Montrouge which will leave you speechless upon entrance. Jacuzzi and Amam area makes you feel in a luxury spa. Host is very responsive and helpful. so far, one of the best stays ever experienced!

everything went very well, Cyril was very kind and attentive. the exteriors are beautiful and it made it possible to make a nice surprise and a family gathering that was better than we had imagined thanks to the space available. Elodie's home is super comfortable. For those who want to be in a house, with leisure and only 30 min drive from Paris or 50 min with train/meter it is a great option. Also advised for those traveling with children in the summer.

It's so tempting to not give this place the review it deserves because I want it to be available for all my future visits to Paris, but Anne & Jean-Luc absolutely deserve all the accolades. This apartment is the quintessential Parisienne apartment you always imagined living it. Tucked away and quite but convenient to everything you want to see. Well appointed including decor imbued with family and building history but without feeling fragile or cluttered. Anne was incredibly responsive and accommodating. She offered luggage storage and provided her own family items to make sure my toddler felt at home. We truly felt at home, and my group regularly proclaimed it our favorite AirBNB we'd ever stayed at--we're already looking forward to future stays here. Thank you, Anne & Jean-Luc for the magical experience.

Apart from a double bed instead of the sofa (which suited me), everything else in the description is as described. Small apartment easy to access, close to amenities. Celine was accommodating on arrival time. Clean and tidy accommodation, the bed and bath linen smelled very good. Thank you!

I highly recommend this aparthotel. It has a very good location, in a quiet place, with some nice restaurants nearby, a very complete supermarket next door, tram and bus stations very close, super easy to get around. It is far from the center, but due to the ease of mobility, it is well worth it. The neighborhood is very good! I'll be back for sure! Thank you, Residhome!

Andy was all the way super helpful. The apartment is on the 10th floor with lots of light and air. It is located on the outskirts of Paris, but with many good public transport.
