Nice spacious pool house with modern feel.The crocodile (statue) in the floor is a cool feature and the area is super nicely located at the river Marne with lots of walking and cycling space. Playground and little cafe in the park within a few hundred metres. Very convenient for travel into Paris by RER. Bakeries and supermarkets all in walking distance. You stay on owners property which is just stunning and has parking too. Friendly hosts that are very responsive.

Rachida and her husband are always concerned about the well-being of the people who rent their home, which is very clean and well maintained. They communicate a lot and easily as needed while knowing how to maintain discretion throughout the stay.

Jean Yves was extremely welcoming, even staying up to greet us on our late arrival, and we felt at home immediately. The accommodation was lovely too, with a beautiful, relaxed outdoor space which was perfect for a long breakfast. Despite being out of the city centre, it was very quick and easy to get into Paris and we enjoyed the contrast of very peaceful accommodation and local area (with a boulangerie and supermarket practically on the doorstep) with the ease of getting into the centre of Paris. Would highly recommend!

Great stay at Angelique and her husband's place. Angelique was super flexible about our late arrival, and was always friendly and accommodating. The accommodation is brand new, very clean and very functional. Also well located if you want to be close to Paris by transport, while being quiet, with in addition parking spaces often available. We loved our stay and recommend it 100%

We had a lovely stay at Didier's. Quiet accommodation, near the Rer, matching our expectations. A small downside for the partly glass door that lets the outside light through, we hung a blanket in front because I'm sensitive to light, and a little mold on the ceiling, but that didn't bother us. It was nice and the outside is a real plus. Honestly, we'll come back if we have a chance.

Spacious flat, perfect for 2 people. Walkable to the cutest little café, LouLou, right by a metro, and pharmacies. Around a hour metro ride into Paris, I recommend downloading the app so you can buy a $13 day pass for the city. There is a fan, little fridge, microwave, and dishes if needed. Bed is a little stiff

Pauline's studio is a real cocoon! You immediately feel at home, everything is impeccable, spacious, the bedding very comfortable, and the communication with Pauline: simply a treat. I would recommend it without a second thought :)!

I think this room overall is very good.It is about a 15-minute walk from the C train station, and the living environment is quiet.Everything is provided in the room, and check in and check out is also very easy.Overall, this is a great value for money and highly recommended.

Staying here was truly a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. Every detail was taken care of with such care and kindness, and it genuinely felt like a second home! The neighborhood was peaceful and serene. Amandine and Sébastien above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and felt comfortable throughout my stay. The apartment was as described and hosts very helpful.

Had a very nice stay. We stayed for a long weekend for the Beyoncé concert. The space was as described and very clean. The bed slept wonderfully and the bathroom was nice and large. All supplies were provided. The only disadvantage was that the space could get very hot. There was no air conditioning and the windows could not really be opened because of the mosquitoes. Fortunately, we did have a fan. The communication with the host was very pleasant and fast. All in all, had a very nice stay!

The accommodation is clean, looks the same as in the photo, there is everything you need in the apartment. Convenient location, close to bus and tram. Very safe! You can safely return at 2 a.m. The host is very friendly, always available. We will definitely come back when we are in Paris.

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

First of all, I'm new here and have no way of comparing. We were 2 couples for 3 nights in the accommodation. There is a toilet in this apartment, which is usually sufficient. The bathrooms are somewhat unfairly divided. In the large bedroom, there is a large shower directly in the room. This is definitely the better choice. The smaller bedroom has only indirect access to a bathroom which is very small and has a mini shower. That's enough for a shower, but it's not exactly comfortable. The living room is huge. The kitchen too. Unfortunately, there is no dishwasher. Not everyone needs it, but it should be standard. There would be plenty of room for it. The carpets in the living room do not have a good grip on the concrete floor. Right in front of the kitchenette, it wasn't exactly safe. The residential unit has no air conditioning. This is unfavorable, especially in the summer. The view is priceless. The view over the city is fantastic.
