One hour by train and car from Napoli and Roma. Please note: we don’t have self check-in, because we like to meet and welcome you in person. Therefore the check-in times is strict and only possible in the afternoon between 3 and 8pm. We can try to accommodate different times of requested fairly in advance. Thank you

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: THERE ISN’T WI-FI!!! Excellent position close to Naples (40 km) and Pozzuoli. Both cities are linked by ferry with Ischia, Procida and Capri. The gulf of Gaeta is only 30 min by car. The house, completely independent, is 50 sqm large and has a unique view in front of the sea, and a huge garden of mediterranean vegetation. The house is well illuminated and comfortable, with classy finishes. Is also possible to reach the beach that is 500m far from the house!

L'appartamento centralissimo, appena ristrutturato è dotato di tutti i comfort, riscaldamento, climatizzazione e wifi. Tutto è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti: la spiaggia sia libera che attrezzata, pasticcerie, supermercati, ristoranti e pizzerie. Posizione strategica tra Roma e Napoli con collegamenti ferroviari ogni ora. Vi fornisco un tagliando pre pagato per parcheggiare gratuitamente nelle strisce blu nell'ampia piazza a pochi metri da casa.

Siamo state ospiti della casa blu nei primi 15 giorni di agosto. Siamo state accolte affabilmente dalla signora Agata, persona discreta, socievole e molto attenta a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta. L'appartamento é nuovissimo, molto pulito e dotato di ogni confort per un piacevole soggiorno (aria condizionata,lavastoviglie, lavatrice, ferro da stiro). La casa dista a pochi metri dal mare, dove si trovano lidi attrezzati su spiagge dalla sabbia dorata e mare cristallino. Scauri è una situazione felice, che ti permette facilmente di raggiungere le isole pontine e i paesi vicini(Gaeta, Formia,Sperlonga). Soggiorno più che consigliato, a tutti, grandi e piccini!

Scauri beach cozy apt between Rome and Naples

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Airbnb. Vom Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer aus hatte man einen unglaublichen Ausblick auf das Meer, was in nur etwa zwei Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar war. Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet was man brauchte und sehr ordentlich und sauber. Lara war außerdem eine sehr zuvorkommende und nette Gastgeberin, die uns immer gerne auch mit Empfehlungen und Tipps weitergeholfen hat. Also wir am ersten Abend ankamen, waren wir erst sehr spät da und wurden netterweise von ihrem Sohn vom Bahnhof abgeholt und zum Airbnb gefahren, wo sogar kleine Willkommensgeschenke auf uns warteten. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit im Airbnb und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

La posizione della casa rispetta la distanza dal mare indicata. Il parcheggio offerto dalla struttura è utilissimo, evita la ricerca del parchimetro ed un ulteriore spesa. Ho trovato la casa pulitissima ed accogliente. Alessandro poi è una persona eccezionale e dotato di conoscenza del territorio
