Great place, 8 minutes on foot to a beach. Outside kitchen was a great option. Host is very nice, communicative and proactive.

This was the best airbnb experience I have had in a very long time. My partner and I stayed here for two nights and had an absolutely perfect time. Sandra is the most lovely host imaginable: she was attentive, thoughtful, generous, and kind. She gave us excellent local recommendations, left a welcome drink for us, and gave us fresh eggs for our breakfast. The space itself is truly wonderful: clean, comfortable, and well designed with everything you could need to feel relaxed and even spoiled. You can just feel the amount of care put into the space while you're there. The area is peaceful and convenient: there's a grocery store nearby and plenty of good restaurants and fantastic beaches are just a short drive away. We're hoping to be back to stay at this gem as soon as possible!

One of the most amazing Airbnb experiences ever. The apartment is located in the middle of historic quarters with a great view, small alleys and restaurants. Everything has gone smoothly and we quickly got help from Gioia when we needed something. For tall people: think about holding your head down, it is low ceilings. The stairs up to the apartment are challenging and not for those who have difficulty walking. There were some essentials missing in the kitchen which I'm sure the host will arrange. I fully recommend this home!

Ivo's house offers a unique view of the bay and is very well located for quick access to beaches and the city. Its access is well-deserved: it is accessed by an extremely narrow alley lined with walls. Long live the Fiat 500!

The house is incredibly cozy and incredible location. The jacuzzi with a view of the mountains is very cool. Also the location gives the opportunity to see the sunset. In a nutshell, I'm very happy with my time at this lodge.

The villa, the garden and the surrounding mountains are incredibly beautiful. We especially enjoyed the kayaks + SUP board, the big and rainsafe outdoor table, the new smart TV, the whirlpool and the many seats to lay at the beachfront. All in all a place for a dream vacation.

Very nice stay, the house is located near the sea, it is very close to the center, it has many spaces to enjoy all the hours of the day, it is super equipped , it has a good TV with the most updated apps. We had a great time. My children had fun and managed to carve out all their spaces, thanks to the layout of the house. Nice vacation

This is a gem! The house is super practical, and the proximity to the beach makes it a fantastic retreat with kids. We made many new friends at the public beach. Cornettis and cappucino in the morning at the cafe Ciao 90 (the kids were allowed in the backyard where they had an olive garden with hens, geese and turtles! Absolute treat). The pizzeria Minotti has brilliant pizza and fries (seafod less impressive), and the supermarket Sisa has your necessities. A car is nice for when you want specifics, but you can get by nicely by walking. The house has a parking space under a roof so the car is nice and cool in the morning. The local beach has beautiful sand, and a long shallow perfect for kids. As Norwegian travellers, we didn’t hear any other languages than Italian, so we presume it’s a bit of a local secret this area. We will definitely return to this little slice of heaven.

Giovanna and Antonio are INCREDIBLE Hosts, super friendly, willing, discreet and always attentive to what you need to resolve. Worship, friendly, fraternal, and affectionate, everything you can ask for from a person in them. The house and the place, UNIQUE!!, a spectacular view of the sunrises and sunsets, the view from the kitchen, but above all from the bedroom IS MIND-BLOWING!! You feel like you own the world looking at the city of Formia and the bay from above. The gazebo in the middle of the olive trees offers you a view during the day and night with some beautiful breezes and where you can make a barbecue to your measure. The whole environment is on one side of the hosts house, but it has ABSOLUTE privacy and both Giovanna and Antonio make sure that privacy is respected. An entire experience the olive oil that they produce themselves, the fresh eggs from their chickens, the figs... if you want to live and feel like an Italian more you must stay here!

Great location, nice place to stay!

From the moment we entered through the gate, we felt we had the privacy and the spread for our family to relax together or spend a little alone time. The location just steps from the beach and a short walk to neighborhood markets & restaurants gave our stay even more of home feeling.

Just one problem, we didn't stay long enough!! Everything was perfect! Giovanni and his son Giuseppe were super nice and helpful. The house is perfect for a large family like ours and the outdoor space is wonderful! We hope to be back!

I recommend the place provided by Nadia. Charming place, breathtaking scenery. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden where we enjoyed having breakfast in the morning, breakfast that was kindly offered to us by Nadia, a very kind, quiet, helpful person. She was also able to give us great directions to places to visit! The rooms were warm when we arrived, the space is also enough for families. (We are a couple and we were comfortable). I recommend this b&b because it is perfect for those who want tranquility and get lost in nature. 😊

We were very pleased with the stay in Vivian's apartment in the historic part of Terracina. The apartment was great for two couples on a trip. Vivian was a nice host who met us and gave us good tips for the stay. The apartment was clean, nice, practical and was in a safe and pleasant neighborhood in the middle of the sights, cafes, bars and restaurants. We will gladly come back and can safely recommend Vivian's apartment. Thank you for having us :)

We had such a wonderful stay at Anna’s little seaside flat. The views were wonderful and just a few minutes walk down to the beach. Loved the eclectic artsy vibe of the flat. Anna was so helpful with providing us with restaurants that had gluten-free foods. Truly a place that we would enjoy again on our next trip to Gaeta.

The house is beautiful and the views are INCREDIBLE! The hill to get to the house is very steep but worth it for the most beautiful vista. We couldn’t stop talking about how much we loved the house and especially the garden, just stunning and we ate outside for every meal.

It was a pleasure to stay with Marco again. The house has been recently renovated (floors, fixtures, bathrooms), clean, has every comfort, very functional, is designed for every need. Perfect for our family with children and grandparents, everyone has their own space. Very close to the sea (clean and with an equipped and efficient establishment), it offers the swimming pool in the residence, convenient for children. Fully functional WiFi for remote working. Marco is always available and welcoming, ready for every little need we had. A beautiful vacation!

Christian was an exquisite and helpful host. The house is also more beautiful than the photos and has all the necessary amenities. Very close to the supermarket for any need. The bike path to the center of Borgo Hermada allowed my daughter to move independently with the scooter. Exceptional stay. Thank you very much Christian for always being ready to meet every request. Very close to the Borgo Hermada equestrian club for those who, like my daughter, participate in horseback riding competitions. We recommend it to everyone! And we hope to come back soon to take a dip in the beautiful private pool too!

We had a really good time at Carlo's house: for the courteous and familiar welcome, the panoramic view, the quiet location and a little secluded, but close to interesting places, and for the presence of the pool, useful given the high temperatures.

Piccolo Paradiso is a well appointed villa high on a hill above Formia with a gorgeous view of the sea and the peninsula of Gaeta. The hosts Antonio and Lucia were very responsive to a few initial issues we encountered. Also, we hired Lucia for a special cooking class and dinner one evening - which was a great experience! This property is very special indeed.

Very nice house with great pool. The hosts are very friendly and can give good advices for the area. The cave of falvaterra is amazing and many other places can be visited from there.

We just left this magical place and we already lack everything from the huts to the magnificent view and total relaxation in the pool and everything that surrounded us. But the thing we miss most is Margherita and her husband Antonio are friendly, welcoming, nice and excellent company who immediately made us feel at home and as a family with our little girl of only six months. We've already pledged to return as soon as possible. Highly recommended accommodation Manuela, Lorenzo and little Gaia.
