Carlo is a very nice host. The house is wonderfully located with a fantastic terrace. Equipped with several parasols, loungers, a dining table and a relaxing sofa, you can enjoy the wonderful view of the sea and the all-round relaxed atmosphere all day long. In the very lovingly furnished house, everything you need for relaxing holidays is available. The access is exactly as Carlo describes: the smaller the car, the more relaxed the arrival :)

Ivo's house offers a unique view of the bay and is very well located for quick access to beaches and the city. Its access is well-deserved: it is accessed by an extremely narrow alley lined with walls. Long live the Fiat 500!

This beautiful cottage offers a perfect combination of peace and comfort. Surrounded by an idyllic pine forest, it has a large garden that invites you to relax. The nearby, gently sloping beach is ideal for families with children and offers numerous sports facilities such as kite surfing and windsurfing. Well-equipped Lido's provide extra beach comfort. The spacious house convinces with very good facilities, fast internet and a high level of security. The communication with the landlady was very pleasant and quick – she was always helpful. The peaceful surroundings and the relaxed atmosphere make it an ideal retreat for families looking for relaxation and fun.

We had such a wonderful stay at Anna’s little seaside flat. The views were wonderful and just a few minutes walk down to the beach. Loved the eclectic artsy vibe of the flat. Anna was so helpful with providing us with restaurants that had gluten-free foods. Truly a place that we would enjoy again on our next trip to Gaeta.

Everything you could want from a place. Perfect location right in the heart of Sperlonga, whilst also perched perfectly above the Sperlonga roofs, beach and sea. To top it off, Benedetto was incredibly accommodating- even picking us up and dropping us off at the train station. We did not want to leave!

Great availability from the host. Excellent structure, cared for, cozy and above all equipped with everything you need. Great location and well connected with nearby activities. I would definitely go back.

I am very grateful for the possibility of relaxing. I know Italy Village in person because I had a vacation here before. This is a tourist "village" of 200+ a cottage in a huge park.

We had a fantastic stay in the Villa. It has an amazing view from the mountain side down to the sea. And sitting down at the terrace looking out was beautiful. Communication was great and there was very quick response. Having the private pool was amazing, despite the beach down at formia is very nice and friendly for families. The small restaurants in formia as well was nice. We would definitely visit again.

Very cosy house with a huge olive tree garden and many beautiful places surrounding this venue. Sperlonga is incredibly nice and you can choose between different beaches. The venue was well and we had been in order.

Very nice stay, the house is located near the sea, it is very close to the center, it has many spaces to enjoy all the hours of the day, it is super equipped , it has a good TV with the most updated apps. We had a great time. My children had fun and managed to carve out all their spaces, thanks to the layout of the house. Nice vacation

An independent villa in a quiet area with a pool and a stone's throw from the sea. We stayed in four people for three nights. The house has all the comforts. Possibility of car parking inside the villa, new air conditioners, well equipped new kitchen, TV, wi-fi, outdoor space with small garden. We had a good time. Recommended.

We had a great stay. We worked remotely for a few days. The WiFi and the roof terrace were perfect for that. Less then 10 minute walk to the beach. Constantino was flexible in arrival and departure and communicated clearly in English.

Excellent choice for staying in Gaeta! Very convenient location, close to the promenade, Serapo beach within walking distance with a pleasant 15-minute walk, shops and restaurants within easy reach. The apartment is equipped with everything, clean, cozy. Angelo and Kelly were exquisite! Full of advice, attention, warmth. We couldn't have wished for better!

We visited Claudia's place for three weeks and were quickly overwhelmed by the fantastic location, the incredibly beautiful beaches and the fantastic sunsets. Claudia had put a lot of effort into answering our questions all the time and there was a smaller problem she had helped us immediately. We felt very comfortable at her place.

Very nice villa near the sea, well-kept and tastefully furnished, spacious and stocked with everything, with plenty of kitchen utensils and to enjoy the lovely garden. The rooms are comfortable and with many closets, several televisions, air conditioning and fans available. In 7 you are perfectly comfortable. The area is residential and quiet. The sea is a 4-minute walk away. Even our dog had a great time, with the fence around the house he could stay in the garden in the cool while we went to the beach. The host Nicola is very kind and helpful and Mr. Maurizio is always ready to help for any eventuality. In short, a perfect experience and definitely to be repeated!

House perfectly responsive to the photos, very close to the sea, with a priceless view and equipped with everything you need for your stay. Self check-in and check-out is very practical. Very small apartment but equipped with every comfort. We stayed one night in three. Care in every detail: from home products, to heating and ventilation systems. Whatever you needed in the apartment was there. We enjoyed the Pass for parking and proximity to places we were interested in. Anna Rita is very kind and available to provide us with information about restaurants and various.
