We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful apartment during a conference trip with our group of four, and it exceeded all our expectations. The location is absolutely perfect—nestled in the heart of the Old Town, we were within walking distance of all major attractions, yet the neighborhood was peaceful and charming. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the stunning sea view from the apartment. Waking up to the serene sights of the water each morning was a delightful experience. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and well-equipped, providing all the comforts we needed after long days at the conference. Communication with our host, Giulio, was seamless. He was incredibly responsive and accommodating, ensuring our check-in and stay were smooth and enjoyable. Overall, this apartment provided the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and beauty. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area and would gladly stay here again on our next trip.

Damiano was a wonderful host. He was very responsive and very helpful and made me feel at home. The apartment is very nice and the windows in the living room and kitchen have beautiful views. This was very beautiful and peaceful and the people are very kind.

We loved staying here, kitchen was very well equiped; having umbrella with sunbeds and an entrance to the beach is awesome.

It’s a lovely apartment in a perfect location,2-3 mins to the beach area,a lot of nice cafes around,little shops and supermarkets. Me and my friends really enjoyed the stay,it was also nice to have a well equipped kitchen,we managed to save some money on going out for food,and cooked instead,with nice groceries from local shops nearby.If I’m around in the area again,I would be happy to come back here.Alessandro was very helpful and responsive,perfect host.Definitely recommend

We were guests of the blue house in the first 15 days of August. We were warmly welcomed by Mrs. Agata, a discreet, sociable person who was very attentive to meeting our every request. The apartment is brand new, very clean and equipped with every comfort for a pleasant stay (air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, iron). The house is a few meters from the sea, where there are equipped beaches on beaches with golden sand and crystal clear sea. Scauri is a happy situation, which allows you to easily reach the Pontine Islands and nearby towns (Gaeta, Formia, Sperlonga). Stay more than recommended, to everyone, young and old!

Staying with Assunta pleasantly surprised us, the town is charming, there is a lot to see, a beautiful beach is nearby, a good starting point. I recommend it to everyone!!!

There was good communication throughout with Marco, he met us at check in . This was an excellent location, a quiet neighbourhood, very near to shops, restaurants and an easy walk to the wonderful beach. We swam in March ! also, there is a great local market on Weds. This is a huge, stylish and modern flat with lots of space and 4 balconies. There is everything you could possibly want in the kitchen. We had a dinner party for 8, including Italian friends, and it was easy. We would highly rate this accommodation.

We had a great stay! Lara was very kind and helpful, and the Airbnb being right next to the beach and good food was very nice.

Simonetta is a really friendly and very attentive person, always available and available. The apartment is not missing anything, it has everything, comfortable beds and pillows. Feels like home. The beach is less than a 5-minute walk away and close to all amenities. Parking space in the building. What else you want!!!

We were warmly welcomed by Maria Sara and her husband, and we immediately felt very comfortable. Both were very friendly, helpful, as a welcome greeting there was even a small snack. The apartment was clean and equipped with all the amenities. The location is ideal, you don't have to go to the sea, ideal for a relaxing and comfortable vacation. We were also offered 2 bikes, which we used to ride to the beach. The free parking at the house is also perfect.

Perfect location, beautiful view, 20 metres from the beach. Typical Italian beach apartment, basic cooking only which was ample. We stayed at the top apartment so it was 120 steps up and down in total, so anyone with a disability may struggle, very large private roof terrace with beautiful views, even when there is thunder and lightning! Luca was very pleasant and helpful and if returning there we would contact Luca because he has other properties.

An impeccable stay, which I recommend without hesitation!

We had the best possible stay. Marco was responsive a week before our arrival with recommendations which were so helpful. The place was spotless and we had an easy early check in. It is very accessible to bars and restaurants in the area which we loved. Breakfast was also provided with great communication from Marco. Overall a fantastic experience and I’ll be recommending to my family and friends.

I was in this structure with two of my friends. Mr. Rinaldo's hospitality and availability was impeccable. The room, very cozy, has a very nice and relaxing hot tub. The ceiling also has finishes that reproduce some constellations that can also be left on. We had a great time. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

I stayed in this apartment for a business trip and I couldn't have asked for anything better. The house is exactly as in the photos: clean, well organized and equipped with all the necessary comforts, including a stable and fast Wi-Fi connection, ideal for working remotely. The area is quiet . The parking was convenient and safe, a detail that was much appreciated. Check-in was simple and Ada was always available, kind and attentive to every need. In general, a perfect stay for both business travelers and those who want to relax. Highly recommended, I would definitely go back!

Courteous and very helpful host, clean and equipped apartment, indoor parking. Beaches are nearby, but you need a car. Nearby there are all the amenities. I would definitely go back!

Monica was an exemplary host: kind, shrewd and helpful! Her home was wonderful, large, cozy and tidy, with spaces for leisure and relaxation such as the pool and the hobby room with barbecue perfect for me and my friends! A unique experience and, we all hope, soon repeatable!
