Tolles Haus, ruhig gelegen mit viel Privatsphäre, super Aussicht. Ein paar grad kühler als am Strand und ein leichter Wind, so ließ es sich selbst im August Hochsommer super aushalten. Viele Sitzmöglichkeiten rund ums Haus. Mega toller Pool mit Sprungbrett. Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen.

La Prediletta is a great place for a quiet vacation and great access to the beautiful mountains and national park. it is remote but not so much to be inconvenient. It was a large, beautiful farm home in the middle of an olive orchard (where he presses his own oil) and great for our family of eight. The outdoor living space was most enjoyable for dining al fresco, ping pong, and cooking our own pizzas in the wood fire oven. Antonio was as friendly and responsive as we could hope. It is a wonderful place to stay.

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in dieser Airbnb-Unterkunft! Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein – nur 10 Meter vom Strand entfernt, was unseren Urlaub absolut perfekt gemacht hat. Die Unterkunft selbst war sauber und geräumig genug für unsere Gruppe von sechs Personen. Der Haushalter war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, was unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Wir haben die Nähe zur Strandbar sehr genossen und hatten viel Spaß mit dem Volleyballfeld direkt vor der Tür. Insgesamt eine traumhafte Unterkunft, die wir wärmstens empfehlen können.

Massimo ist ein toller Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft war super und wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub. Die Kommunikation war hervorragend. Massimo ist leicht zu erreichen und es gab Tipps für Ausflugsziele und Restaurants. Nur zu empfehlen. Gerne wieder!

Franco è stato un host molto gentile e cordiale. Ci è venuto incontro per tutte le mostre necessità. Molto disponibile. L'appartamento era situato in una posizione comoda per spese, visita ai luoghi d'interesse e facile da raggiungere con i bagagli.

My wife and I stayed at margherita's Villa on May 18-26 and it was a wonderful experience. The Villa was even more spectacular in person , the accommodations were very comfortable and beautifully appointed. The grounds are maintained meticulously and the pool is inviting even on a chilly day. The panoramic views are spectacular. The location was perfect for us while visiting our family in Bucchianico. I would highly recommend this property and look forward to returning . 5 stars all the way around !!

A great place to stay, well located and walking distance to the town square and restaurants. Correspondence was great, including restaurant suggestions. The pool is excellent, photos don’t do it justice! The property was a lot bigger than expected. Only negative is that the first floor single beds aren’t singles they aren’t suitable for adults and the lift broke, which was a bit of an inconvenience for my father in law. However, the cots and bed bumpers provided for kids were good. Overall a great stay and would recommend!

Wir genossen als fünfköpfige Familie mit Kindern von 7/9/11 Jahren unsere zwei Wochen Sommerferien in vollen Zügen. Mary und John sind tolle Gastgeber vor Ort und haben uns warmherzig und wohlwollend empfangen und mit allen wichtigen Informationen bzgl. Ausflügen, Restaurants, Hausinformationen eingedeckt. Auch unsere Abreise am Vorabend war für sie kein Problem😃. Das Haus ist abgelegen und grosszügig in der Nutzung. Die Ventalitoren waren im Dauer-Einsatz…. Toller Pool, der sich selber reinigte, vor allem an den heissen Tagen haben wir das kühle Nass mehrmals genossen. Danke für diese wunderschöne Zeit in den Abruzzen! Siamo stati ospiti di Luisa per trascorrere il capodanno in compagnia di amici. Neanche il tempo di aprire il cancello che la casa dall’esterno ci aveva lasciato a bocca aperta. Non appena entrati ci ha rapito anche il cuore. Salone con vetrate immense, cucina professionale, camere con bagno privato curate nei minimi dettagli…atmosfera da film! Comfort e servizi di tutti i tipi inclusi e di alto livello. Pulizia impeccabile. Note negative? Nessuna. Grazie e sicuramente a presto!!

una buena casa, muy cómoda, amplia, con pileta de natación, un paisaje increible, todos dias muy buenos... solo podia irme excelente!!

Sono stato al Casone per la mia festa di laurea ed è stata la scelta migliore che potessi fare. Lorenzo si è dimostrato gentile e super disponibile nel venire incontro alle mie richieste. ottima ricettività per la personalizzazione del soggiorno quindi. Il casone poi offre tutto ciò che serve per organizzare tavolate numerose in quanto dispone di una cucina con stoviglie annesse che potrebbe servire un ristorante neanche tanto piccolo. decine di giochi da tavolo e un biliardino hanno animato la serata. pulizia impeccabile. tornerò di sicuro.

Abbiamo trascorso un weekend meraviglioso in questa villetta immersa nel verde, un vero angolo di pace per staccare dalla routine. Fin da subito, l’host si è dimostrata disponibile e attenta, garantendoci un soggiorno sereno. La casa ha superato le aspettative: spaziosa, accogliente e arredata con gusto, con ambienti puliti e ben organizzati, dotati di ogni comfort. La posizione è ideale, immersa nella natura ma ben collegata, con le piste da sci raggiungibili in circa un’ora. Dopo una giornata sulla neve, volevamo guardare la finale di Sanremo, ma il comfort del divano e il calore dell’ambiente ci hanno conquistati… e ci siamo addormentati! Un soggiorno indimenticabile, che ripeteremo sicuramente!

We had a wonderful family stay at Antonio’s place. The house is spectacular - even better than how it appears in the photos. Well equipped, spotless, spacious with plenty of privacy for each of the bedrooms. The garden and pool are beautiful, we could spent endless hours lounging and swimming. The one drawback guests should be aware of is that there is no AC in any of the bedrooms downstairs (3 out of 6 total), and in the common areas. While we visited a heat wave was hitting EU and specifically Italy. For those of us who had to sleep without AC it was really unpleasant. The downstairs main kitchen and dining room become uncomfortably warm. This might not be a huge issue for some, but for our group at this specific time it was disappointing, especially since the listing mentioned there is an AC in the amenities, without the details that it covers less than 50% of the house. Antonio is a wonderful host who made us feel at home.

For me and my family this was one of the most relaxing vacations in one of the most beautiful homes we have ever had. Tina, who manages the house, is very responsive and a small problem with the hot water was fixed immediately. She knows the area very well and has lots of good recommendations. And if you ask nicely, she will gladly reserve a table in one of the many restaurants where no other language is spoken except Italian. You should also be prepared for hot weather and that the house has no air conditioning. I could only sleep badly at night because of the hear and you didn't want to open the windows wide because of the lack of mosquito nets. And if you are tall - like me - you should know that the beds are only 190 cm long. For families with small children I would not recommend the house. The two bedrooms in the Cube are not connected with each other or with the main house and up at the pool are few places where small children could fall off and hurt themselves badly.

What a gorgeous house and setting !!! The house is better stocked and more beautiful than the listing. So peaceful and relaxing. We were 3 families, had ample space, privacy and could have stayed longer. Having a house that is fully air conditioned in Italy is rare ! The grocery store in town is fully stocked and the agriturismo was delicious. A car is a must in this area, but don’t hesitate to book ! Very attentive owners/managers, they were so accommodating and even had a welcome platter waiting for us with some food essentials !!! Would rent it again !

We had a great stay in Ripa Teatina. The villa is exactly as it is in the listing, the pool is great and our 2 families had a lovely time. Frederico went above and beyond by purchasing a high chair for us especially after requesting shortly before our stay. Location was perfect for us, with nice restaurants and beach in Francavilla and a lovely pizza place in the village (short drive away)

L'endroit est absolument merveilleux, tout la region aussi d'ailleurs. La maison est une veritable maison de famille, magnifique et aussi vivante et pleine de charme. Nous avons utilisé la cheminée pendant les nuits fraiches avec beaucoup de plaisir. La cuisine est très bien équipée. De nombreuses promenades et randonnées sont possibles a partir du domaine. Giacomo est un hôte sympathique, chaleureux et reactif, merci a lui et a sa famille de partager ce tresor. Nous sommes venus avec nos enfants et avons pu faire des parties de babyfoot endiablées, par contre nous etions un peu déçus que la table de ping pong mentionnée ait été cassée et donc pas utilisable. La 2eme chambre double - tres belle ! - mériterait aussi un meilleur matelas. Dans tous les cas un endroit merveilleux de beauté, de charme, de poesie ! Merci Giacomo !

Court séjour dans un beau et paisible village des abruzzes. La maison contient tout ce qu’il faut et le jardin avec piscine est très bien aménagé. Les propriétaires sont d adorables personnes qui possèdent également un restaurant dans le centre, que nous vous conseillons d essayer.

Das Ferienhaus Casa Vita Nuova erwies sich als wahrer Glücksfund. Angefangen bei den Gastgebern, Lea und Roland, die mit ihrer herzlichen und zuvorkommenden Art den Aufenthalt zu einem besonderen Erlebnis machten. Das Haus selbst strahlt Sauberkeit und Pflege aus, und die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist einfach atemberaubend. Der Pool, ebenfalls sehr sauber gehalten, bietet eine willkommene Abkühlung und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Alles in allem ist Casa Vita Nuova nicht nur sehr gepflegt, sondern auch ein Ort, an dem man sich sofort willkommen und zu Hause fühlt. Ein echtes Highlight in der Airbnb-Auswahl.

Abbiamo soggiornato ottimamente. La casa è dotata di ogni confort per trascorrere una vacanza piacevole . Ampi e comodi spazi, grazioso giardino. Collocata in zona tranquilla. La spiaggia è facilmente raggiungibile .

Paul's place is a true gem. There is a big yard that is extremely well taken care of, with lots of beautiful and well thought of details. It has many different areas that you can spend time in, both spots for sun and spots for shade. It is truly amazing sitting there having a morning coffee with a view of a fabulous mountain top. We visited in early June, when the yard was flourishing. Paul had a kind man helping out with the yard and swimming pool, he visited every morning to clean the pool and his visits were mostly timed early, before us guests in the villa had woken up to the new day. The villa's interior was great too, it was super clean and all the interior details was of great quality and condition. Rooms were spacious, all bathrooms good and there was a bathroom in each room, which was very convenient for a group of 8 people. We would warmly recommend this villa, it was even better than we could have expected. The hosts are very kind and helpful, we felt welcome. Thank you!

Nous avons utilisé le logement de Serena dans un contexte particulier. En effet, c’était un point d’appui pour notre équipe qui participait à une épreuve sportive internationale. Nous avons pu y manger, les athlètes se reposer durant la journée. Le cadre est très sympa et la maison très bien entretenue. Serena est très sympa et réactive en cas de besoin. Je recommande Merci

fantastic stay with Amelia and Giannini at their wonderful house. easy commute to Rome via the train lines at Fossonova arounf 15 minute drive down the hill. Maenza is a traditional Italian village with a real community feel. would definetely stay here again if I visit.
