Ein Kamin im Wohnzimmer mit Kreuzgewölbe, 2 Schlafzimmer, Küche, ein Bad mit Badewanne, Dusche & WC sowie ein Gäste-WC sind über 3 Etagen und auf über 100qm verteilt. Die Sonnenterrasse ist mein 2. Wohnzimmer: Gemütlich draußen essen oder in der Lounge-Ecke bei einem Glas Wein entspannen – einfach das Leben genießen.

Spacious 2-room old apartment in the young, multicultural scene district in the east of the city. Distance to the central station and the city center only 5 min. by tram or 20 min. on foot, a tram station is just outside the door. Various shops, restaurants and bars and cafes in the immediate vicinity. You live in my fully equipped, private apartment where you can use everything. The balcony invites you in the warm season for breakfast or a glass of wine.

Cozy house right on the Havel

Nestled between the Havel and the garden town, our 120-year-old fishing house convinces with its maritime flair, its far-reaching history and all sorts of sights in the immediate vicinity. The philosophy of the renovation in 2015 was to upgrade the house as ecologically and sustainably as possible. For example, the interior was built almost exclusively with clay and wood. The existing facility has also been refurbished and reused. The garden is natural.

My apartment has two separate bedrooms and a common living area with large dining table, leather sofa and TV. The kitchen is open to the living area. The bathroom is equipped with a bath tub and washing machine. You rent the entire apartment for yourself. The house stands between our parking lot, the Havel and a garden. There is direct access to the shore. So if you want to go fishing or put your canoe/kayak in the Oberhavel, you can do it directly.

In the beautiful city of Potsdam, directly at the park Sanssouci and right across from Schloss' Charlottenhof you will find our villa built around 1850. The holiday apartment on the ground floor is spacious and family-friendly. Bed linen and towels are provided accordingly. Within walking distance you can reach the supermarket and a bakery or café for breakfast. Dogs are welcome here. We are looking forward to your interest!
