Live directly on the Karl-Heine Canal in the hip west of Leipzig. This is where the art scene "lives" (Westwerk, Buntgarnwerke, Kunstkraftwerk...). Not far from the property begins the so-called Neuseenland. A rowing tour on the canal or quickly in the city center. Everything is no problem from the cozy accommodation overlooking the Karl-Heine Canal. Currently, there are animals (including camels) on the Jahrtausendfeld, of course without guarantee. The apartment is separate from the house, quietly located, yet in the middle of it.

My apartment has two separate bedrooms and a common living area with large dining table, leather sofa and TV. The kitchen is open to the living area. The bathroom is equipped with a bath tub and washing machine. You rent the entire apartment for yourself. The house stands between our parking lot, the Havel and a garden. There is direct access to the shore. So if you want to go fishing or put your canoe/kayak in the Oberhavel, you can do it directly.

Enjoy your holiday in our holiday home and get to know a piece of Leipzig New Zealand. From our apartment it is about 10 min walk to Kulkwitzer See with several bathing beaches, restaurants of a water skiing facility, sauna, and a high rope garden. Boat trips and dives are also possible. In the immediate vicinity, the tram takes you directly to Leipzig city centre. There are several shopping facilities on site. In all the apartments you can use fast Wi-Fi for free. Our spacious wellness facility with Finnish sauna, steam room and foot heating pool can be used in the afternoon at no additional cost, and in the gym you can be active freely according to your wishes.

Our apartment is a cozy apartment close to the cultural scene and not far from the center. In 5 minutes by tram and 15 minutes on foot you can reach the city center. Nevertheless, the apartment is very quietly located in a side street, so that you can enjoy a heavenly quiet night's sleep. And then the view from the terrace ....

In the beautiful city of Potsdam, directly at the park Sanssouci and right across from Schloss' Charlottenhof you will find our villa built around 1850. The holiday apartment on the ground floor is spacious and family-friendly. Bed linen and towels are provided accordingly. Within walking distance you can reach the supermarket and a bakery or café for breakfast. Dogs are welcome here. We are looking forward to your interest!
