Welcome to Rödja! A cozy little village in the middle of Småland located between Sävsjö and Vetlanda. Now we rent out our newly renovated cottage with forest and nature as neighbors. The cottage is situated in a large garden surrounded by pastures with cows and horses. Swimming area is within walking distance at the village's river and 5 minutes away by car are both Vallsjön and Sandsjöbaden. In one of the cottage bedrooms the beds can be placed separately or together depending on whether it is 1 couple or 2 children sleeping there.

Böllingetorps old school in Småland

Welcome to a lovely home in the countryside in the Småland forests. Here you can take it easy and relax in a lovely nature. Here in our little paradise in the countryside you live in an apartment that was once the teacher's residence. The school was built in 1924 and was used as a school until 1957. Access to a Göl (small lake) and rowing boat. The accommodation is on the ground floor and on the second floor we, Camilla and Andreas and our two children Sofie and Jesper. Trampoline can be found in the garden for the little ones.

Tranquil, renovated cottage in Småland

If you’re looking for peace and quiet and disconnecting for a while, our little cottage is the place to be. Our little oasis is located in the middle of the forest, at the end of the road – here nobody will disturb you. The house itself originates back to the 17th century, had a major renovation in the 70’s, and recently had a total makeover of the upper floor. I’m the fourth generation that recently took over and use it as a summer house, and from 2024 on renting it out when we’re not here.

Welcome to beautiful Småland and a lovely house set in the middle of undisturbed forest. The house is modern and fully equipped with everything you need for the perfect comfortable vacation with friends or family. In the summer there is plenty of opportunity for hiking, cycling, fishing, mushroom and berry picking. A lake for game fishing is located on the property only a few hundred meters from the house. There are several other lakes for swimming in perfect cycling distance.

Koppla av med hela familjen i detta fridfulla boende. Ni får hela övervåningen i det anrika gamla säteriets rättarbostad. Upp till åtta personer i tre enskilda sovrum. Nyrenoverat kök och allrum. Sovrummen har fantastisk utsikt över sjö och öppet landskap. Bara hundra meter till helt egen badplats med brygga och båt som ni nyttjar helt fritt. En kort promenad bort ligger vackra Asa Herrgård med restaurang av högsta klass. I området finns fina vandringsleder i underbar natur.

The turn-of-the-century villa is a perfect gathering place for the big family in the heart of Småland. The closer to 300 sqm you will find large spaces for socializing & dining. The house includes a lush garden with access to your own chickens. In the surrounding area, you'll find nice excursions and history. Detached guesthouse in a beautiful location. Two rooms, a kitchen and a small storage room offer enough space for up to four people. A dreamy walk around the lake begins outside the door. A swimming spot is only 700 m away. Blue trees grow right outside the door. The village of Lammhult, known for designer furniture, is within walking distance and offers a supermarket, train station, pharmacy, restaurants, various furniture shops and much more.

Welcome to beautiful and cozy Sävsjö! In our apartment you live close to nature but also close to the city center. The apartment is above our garage and it is also possible to park right next to the apartment. If you come with kids, feel free to jump in the trampoline or play in the playhouse.
