Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Savigny-sur-Orge

What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. Thank you so very much, Nicholas, for letting us stay at your beautiful place. We absolutely loved it!!!

Our stay at Xavier's house was excellent. The house is exactly as shown in the photos. The renovation seems to have been quite recent. All facilities are new and of excellent quality. Unfortunately, we did not have the time or opportunity to make use of the outdoor areas (lounge, barbecue and pool). The haman was not available, but it was not needed. I highly recommend the property.

Overall it was very nice, he was very responsive and made check in very smooth and easy, which after 3 flights and 10 hrs of flying was very nice. He even let us check in early and had available wine for us to enjoy. 10/10 would definitely come again. 😁

Excellent stay in Bouville in this charming house decorated with taste where you feel good from the moment you arrive. Eve gave us a very warm and relaxed welcome: very pleasant! Very available and good contact, his humor helps us immediately. There is nothing missing in this nice, very clean accommodation, where the amenities are the latest technology. The decor is tasteful with a mixture of old and modern. Everything is perfect: private parking, an outdoor terrace with lounges and above all, the proximity of many sites to visit. We can't do any better. A stay engraved in our memories for this beautiful occasion, a birthday, to attend the air meeting and to discover this beautiful region. It was perfect!

Great accommodation within walking distance of the metro and the heart of Paris within half an hour. We had a super nice stay with ten people between 9 and 74 years old. Spacious neat rooms, large garden everything is present and equipped with all comforts. Tarik's reception was very hospitable and he even came to our aid during the Champions League final. Absolutely recommended!

Pol’s place is a perfect oasis in the city. Peaceful, beautiful and private but in a great location. He was very responsive and helpful with tips for the house and the city. Would absolutely stay again

This was not our first time staying in Alexandra's apartment, which speaks for itself. An authentic Parisian apartment with stunning decoration and furnishings in a superb location.

It's so tempting to not give this place the review it deserves because I want it to be available for all my future visits to Paris, but Anne & Jean-Luc absolutely deserve all the accolades. This apartment is the quintessential Parisienne apartment you always imagined living it. Tucked away and quite but convenient to everything you want to see. Well appointed including decor imbued with family and building history but without feeling fragile or cluttered. Anne was incredibly responsive and accommodating. She offered luggage storage and provided her own family items to make sure my toddler felt at home. We truly felt at home, and my group regularly proclaimed it our favorite AirBNB we'd ever stayed at--we're already looking forward to future stays here. Thank you, Anne & Jean-Luc for the magical experience.

Our family of 4 had a very comfortable 4 nights stay at Anna and Nadim’s beautiful apartment. It is every bit a lovely as the photos - beautifully decorated and furnished with everything you need for a comfortable city break. After long day’s visiting the wonderful city of Paris it was the perfect place to relax and unwind at the end of the day. The location was great - plenty of shops and places to eat nearby, and a very, very short walk to the nearest Metro station - within 20 mins we were within the heart of the city. Check in was very easy, with clear info and great communication from the hosts. Highly recommend - we hope to stay again!

Beatrice's place was perfect for our stay in Paris. She was a great host, very communicative, quick responses and flexible with the check in time. Her lovely mum came to meet us and showed us around the apartment. We especially appreciated the elevator with our big suitcase! The location is great with well-connected Métro stops within a short walking distance. We found everything we needed within less than 5 mins walk (fantastic restaurants, boulangeries and a supermarket) and Beatrice kindly wrote up her recommendations in a little book which was so helpful. The apartment looks just like the photos and our stay was very comfortable. It feels like a real home and it was lovely to return there each day after our travels. Despite it being so well connected to shops and Paris life it is very quiet and with minimal sound from neighbours and outside. It made our stay in Paris feel so authentic and lovely and we would love to come back!

Loved our stay at Chanjuan's place. Apartment was very cute and had everything we needed. Pretty much half way between 2 metro stations so easy to get anywhere you need in the city. Plenty hot water and lovely to have two big windows. Chanjuan gave lots of good recommendations too!

On a weekend with friends, we had a great stay at Thanom and Fred's: wonderful garden and outdoor equipment, everything we needed on site to cook, top bedding, we saved the address in our favorites and will come back without hesitation. Thanom and Fred were super available and flexible, thank you again to them.

Excellent accommodation for a larger group. We combined our stay with a weekend at Disney Paris (only 15 minutes away by car). House looks neat, furnishings are complete. Very quiet area, small street closed by a gate. Friendly welcome. Highly recommended!

A short weekend at Laurent's, clean and as advertised accommodation, a host available. It was perfect, thank you Laurent looking forward to coming back.

A bright spacious place to stay as a jade with a private garden, an island of tranquility, really 25 minutes from the heart of Paris. We spent 6 nights in the house with my retired parents and my 4 year old toddler. The hospitality and helpfulness of his family brought a smile to our face, we met at any time during the stay. The 3 bedrooms are more than enough, the kitchen is well equipped, the salt and pepper spices. The baths are clean, the bigger one is extremely spacious, the tub is almost a pool for the toddler. The mattress is very soft with more tests. The breakfast is 5 minutes away from the accommodation (Boulangerie, Patisserie, supermarket and the farmer's market on Thursday). Parkolas on the adjacent street is free. The host's dog is friendly, sometimes it passes through the fenced garden, but it didn't bother us, the child loved the dog very much. TV, Netflix, YouTube, the couch is a toddler's favorite. I recommend it to those who like peace and quiet. I couldn't bring any specifics. We're back!

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. It is very quiet in a nice area. With Uber it takes about 30 minutes to the center of Paris. The house corresponds exactly to the description. It is very spacious, nice and cozy. We felt right at home. Communication with Matthieu has always worked smoothly. Overall a very good experience!

Ideal place to share great moments with friends. Everything was done before we arrived so that we could easily settle in. Inside, the house is spacious and very well laid out. Outside, the children and their parents were able to enjoy the garden (swimming pool, trampoline, ping pong). Clarence was always very responsive before our arrival and during the stay. We had a great weekend.
