The apartment is fantastically beautiful and perfectly equipped. We cooked a lot, the kitchen really has everything you need. Also otherwise, the apartment is comfortable and beautiful. The terrace is in the sun in the morning, in the shade in the afternoon, perfect for warm days. The landlords are very nice, friendly and accommodating. Thank you very much for the beautiful extended weekend!

We stayed at Nick’s place for a week and to say that everything was great is an understatement ! Nick is an amazing Host, very proactive, helpful and the communication went smoothly. The place is absolutely stunning , cleaned to perfection and equipped with everything you might need. Not to mention the surroundings which are out of this world! I cannot recommend this place enough and would happily return in the future.

Very well located accommodation at the foot of the Piste de l'Ours. About 5 minutes' walk to the ski lifts. Return to ski to the accommodation. Very functional accommodation and very quiet building.

We had an amazing time. The accommodation is perfect: spacious, equipped kitchen, large living room, dining room, terrace with breathtaking views of the mountains, everything was very clean. Towels and shower soaps available. Very friendly host. Everything was perfect again, thank you! I recommend it 1000%!!!!

The accommodation is exactly as advertised, the terrace has a superb view and is quiet. Marie was very welcoming and even provided me with a fan for the high heat.

Small studio in a perfect location for hikes and other outdoor activities and a stunning view with lots of morning sun. It's small, but totally fine for 2 persons. The hosts were helpful and everything went smooth - plus, the apartment was super clean.

Pleasant stay, residence with diversified and luxury infrastructures, in a peaceful setting. The view is really nice. Very nice apartment, the bedding is of quality. The proximity to the center of Chamonix is perfect. Feel free to take the bikes to make it easier to get back and forth. Only negative point: poor sound insulation with the neighbors and the landing, maybe it was the neighbors above and below that we had during our stay...

We appreciated Nicolas' kindness and responsiveness. Everything was easy and smooth during this stay. We were able to benefit from the parking space longer than expected, which was greatly appreciated. The apartment is functional, nice decoration with linens. It's nice little touches. The most gorgeous location, perfect to stay as a solo traveller. Easy access to beautiful local trails and felt very safe and secure in the property.
