Relativt centralt och nära till buss eller tåg. Gästhuset är beläget på samma tomt som Värdfamiljens bostad. Ca 5min promenad till gym och pizzeria. 10min cykelfärd till mataffär, ca 15-20min med cykel till stan. Parkeringsplats finns. Är ni fler än 2 personer finns ytterligare sovplatser att hyra mot avgift. Obs golvkallt vintertid

Not a real kitchen but you can make some food in a microwave oven (I can get you a 2 plate stove to use outside on the porch), coffee brewer, waterboiler. Cozy room for overnight stay in a separate guest house on Sävastön, located 10 km from Boden city center and 30 km from Luleå city center. Sävastön offers proximity to forest and river. The accommodation is within walking distance of the golf course, beach and bus stop with good connections to both Boden and Luleå. In the accommodation, you can freely use the sauna and relaxation area, which is in the same building as the accommodation.

Cozy guest home in detached garage building. 500m to bus stop that takes you to downtown Luleå in 20 min. 1.3 km to walk to Sunderby hospital and Sunderby railway station. The sauna barrel is available at the farm which at certain times can be used. The use of the sauna is for an extra charge. The nearest supermarket is in Gammelstad, about 5 km away. Bus connections are available.

Lägenheten ligger inne på en familjegård med anor från början av 1900-talet. På ängarna runtikring betar både kor och hästar. Från augusti till mars kan man, om vädret tillåter, se både vintergatan och norrsken.

We, as the host family, live in the main building on the same plot and often stay out in the yard. A friendly dog also moves freely on the property.
