Very pleasant and well appointed home with a lovely little beach across the way where we watched icebergs and walked on the pink sand. Well positioned for the ferry and to access the beautiful coast.

It’s always a pleasure to stay at Rowena’s . Really friendly host , kind and considerate . Extra little things to back on and always homemade delicious bread .

Lovely homey feel, great for a base as we headed to L'Anse aux Meadows and St Anthony. Kitchen and bath were well equipped and the tv was appreciated since our first evening was pouring with (welcome) rain. Great value.

Margaret’s place was very convenient, located between the ferry and Red Bay. The hosts were extremely friendly! The apartment was very clean and comfortable, with everything you could need. We would recommend staying there when visiting Labrador.

This is a truly impressive house with large windows that look out on spectacular views. We saw an iceberg in the distance. The eight of us were very comfortable, with plenty of room to sprawl out, to cook, and to eat big meals. The kitchen was well stocked, and the beds were comfortable. The entire house was very clean. The two bedrooms upstairs have an interesting bathroom-sharing arrangement. The tub/shower is not separated from the main bedroom and the toilet/ sink area has a portable screen as the door. It was a little awkward for the two couples sharing that floor, but it would work well for a family. We were very happy to find such an upscale property in this small town. We would not hesitate to stay here again
