On first floor we have open space dinning and guests area with fully equipped kitchen and bar table and chairs, dinning table, sofa witch becomes extra large bed for 2 and wc with shower extra large cabin for 2. All this with magnificent view on nature, forest and small rivers/water channels.

Separate room-studio (11 m2). Separate entrance. Clean and recently renovated. Quiet. Speed WI-FI. Non-smoking. 20 min by walk or 7 min by transport to Old Riga. Mini kitchen with fridge, stove, kettle, washing machine. WC is shared. There is no shower for the Guest in this room. Guest can use a shower in nearest Gym Hall. A lot of bars and stores are located very close. Special deals for students and interns.
