Extra bed (a little shorter) in the living room + 2 loose mattresses. Bed sheets and towels are brought or rented outside (100,- per set). The tenant does the cleaning himself. Surcharge for washing: NOK 1500,- Parking place for 2 cars

Bungalow from 1860 that has been refurbished so that old meets new. Brand new bathroom with large bathtub with lion feet where you can stretch out completely. Private shower if you'd rather use it. There is also a washer and dryer in the bathroom. Combined kitchen and living room with large wood stove which is great to gather around on a cold winter day. Two bedrooms with beds for a total of 5 pieces. There can also be an extra pair of guest beds and there is the possibility to sleep on the couch so there is room for many.

Gåavstand til det meste. 2min å gå til Skien togstasjon, 5 min å gå til Skien sentrum, 3 min å gå til søndagsåpen Joker, 1 min å gå til busstopp Huset har alt du trenger av kjøkkenutstyr. Sengetøy og håndklær er inkludert. Huset har også vaskemaskin som kan benyttes. Dersom det er behov for leie av bil under oppholdet, så har jeg en bil som kan leies med huset for ekstra kostnad

We rent the brewery/firehouse on the farm with large lawn at their disposal. Here children can play, kick football, etc. The house has kitchen, living room, sauna and bathroom on the first floor. On the second floor there are two bedrooms with capacity for six people in total. The first bedroom has two single beds. This bedroom you have to go through to get to the second, which contains a double bed, and two single beds. The house is rural. Opportunities for many activities nearby !!

Lovely little house- right on the beach

Walk down through the garden to the beach for a bath, kayak, play a round of boccia or hike along the coastal path. 10 min bike ride to Holmsbu with country shop, restaurants and shops.
