Hytta ligger for seg selv rett ved Hønevatn og har en fantastisk fin utsikt. Ca 6 minutters kjøring unna ligger de flotte Jettegrytene i Nissedal. Fine mål for turgåing, bærplukking og fisking. Båter tilgjengelig, en med el motor og en med bensin motor.
