Amazing design and a very peaceful setting. A truly special, casual luxury experience, enjoying the sunsets while relaxing and watching the horses and cows graze in the distance. The house is stylish and very comfortable, with everything we needed... plus a really nice pool. Note that some of the nearby shops and restaurants are only open on the weekends and it's a good idea to have cash. Patricia's helpful directions made it very easy to find and check in. We wish we had stayed longer!

The place is amazing... beautiful! Ideal for relaxing and disconnecting. The house is very well distributed and complete to spend a wonderful few days in a movie environment. I definitely recommend it and would like to stay there again for more days in the summer.

The house is wonderful, exactly as in the pictures. Quiet, cozy place. Beautiful! It's certainly a place we plan to come back to. The condominium, although super quiet and reserved, is close to the best restaurants, and also not far from downtown Punta Del Este. We love it. We recommend the home for family and friends trips, including with children. It was wonderful!

The house is new and is very well equipped. It is ready for 10 people, ideal for 2 families. It has a pool and grill and is close to the plaza, DAS and piletas inside Solanas. Evangelina answered all our doubts and was very friendly.

The stay was very good. The location of the house is perfect, in a quiet area, one block from the beach (a couple of the descents). The beach is very familiar, spacious and with good waves to enjoy. The house is very comfortable for six people (even for more). Rooms and common areas are very spacious, the deck area and fabulous pool. Everything is very clean, and well fixed. The equipment is correct, it is fair but nothing was missing. Communication with Darwin was good, and there was flexibility in departure and entry times. One thing, that while it doesn't detract from the house, maybe they should be considered by travelers. The en-suite room (which is very good by the way), has no separation between the bathroom and bedroom (example, a door), if one wants complete privacy it can be an inconvenience. In short, a very nice, comfortable house, and very well located.

The house is beautiful! Very well located, close to the beach and one block from the highway. The design is charming and is also enjoyed in winter: it has air conditioning and a wood stove (the tenant gets the wood, there are places nearby). Everything is very clean and well cared for, with excellent quality bed linen, towels and utensils. We went with a pet and we didn't know that there are two dogs on the property. They are friendly, but it was a stressor for our pet, and it would have been useful to know this beforehand. Anyway, Pablo was very flexible and looked for alternatives so that we were all comfortable. The house is on the same land as yours, which made constant and pleasant communication easier. As a detail: in the morning a lot of light enters, since not all the curtains have blackout. Even so, we would choose it again: the windows and the view are spectacular. A highly recommended place, full of details that make you feel at home.

The house is very nice, neat, bright, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Everything is very well thought out, the spaces are perfectly designed so that everything is functional and very private, which I thought was very good. It has beautiful views. Karina and her husband are very kind, always willing to solve any problems that may arise. We had a small incident and they solved everything right away. Very friendly and well communicated .

The accommodation was just what I expected, impeccable, quiet and comfortable; I went for a few days but I would have loved to stay longer. Super quiet and safe. Gabriel is also very kind and responds very quickly, very attentive. Thank you very much!

Ana Ines's house is spotless!!! Just as it appears in the photos. It was super comfortable and comfortable, surrounded by nature, peace and quiet. Ana is charming, always attentive to what we might need and had the kindness to grant us a late check-out since the weather did not accompany us in the best way to enjoy the beach.

We had a great time at Maria's house. Lots of greenery and a beautiful deck with a living room and jacuzzi that made the nights very enjoyable. A very peaceful place. Maria was very loving, she welcomed us very warmly, gave us recommendations and was very flexible with our schedules. We would definitely come back

Beautiful place. Everything is very clean and impeccable. With the stove that gave the place a whole charm. Highly recommended and with a supermarket a few blocks away.

Diana and her family were very kind in giving answers and suggestions. The place is complete with everything you need both in what has to do with the kitchen and in bedrooms, bathrooms, etc. The pool is heated and for exclusive use. It has a garage and full grill. A beautiful garden and background. It is the ideal place for holidays or days of rest.

Since our arrival, we have felt welcomed and in an atmosphere of total tranquility. The location is ideal, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, which allowed us to enjoy and rest The house is extremely comfortable and well equipped. Every corner was designed to guarantee comfort. All in all, our experience was exceptional. The combination of tranquility, comfort and a cozy atmosphere made us feel at home. The house was absolutely stunning! Paula was an amazing host—responsive, warm, and helpful throughout our stay. We loved the peaceful location, surrounded by beautiful old trees that gave it privacy and charm. The home itself was spacious with a wonderful open-concept layout. One of our favorite features was the kitchen dining area, where the large sliding doors opened up to the outdoor patio and pool area—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. The backyard ofcourse was the star. The house had a few quirks, as homes sometimes do, but Paula was quick to answer any questions and made everything easy. My family loved our time there and we’ll definitely be back on our next trip down to UY!

Pablo's house is literally SPOTLESS, the photos of the house look nice, but to live it is even better! Both Pablo their owner, and Paola, are wonderful hosts, always attentive to inquiries, very helpful, flexible at check-in. Magazine decorated, with the luxury of a 5-star hotel but with the warmth of a home. Equipped with everything new, spacious, comfortable, clean, neat, with everything you need for your stay and top notch. The huge grill, with firewood to make asado right away and enjoy the cosy garden outdoors. The place is quiet, with permanent security and with the practicality of having in front of one of the best beaches of Arenas de José Ignacio. Kids club 50 meters from the house, with games of Plaza, Tyrolean, Football Canchita, and very nice pool. An immense pleasure as Pablo and Paola received us, thank you totally to both for your hospitality! A house to return whenever we go to José Ignacio, 100% recommended!!

The stay was spectacular, a peaceful place to relax and have a good time. The only thing I would comment is that there is a very close back house, there was no noise or any inconvenience but in the photos it does not look good, after that the house is spectacular, super clean, spacious, it has everything you need, nothing bad to say and Magda was always available, a show. 10/10! Highly recommended.

We had an excellent weekend at the house with a group of friends. The spaces are all very comfortable and spacious, the kitchen was fully equipped and complete. Both Julian and Veronica were always very attentive and available, helping us with whatever we needed. He got us very good quality firewood for both the stove and the grill. I definitely recommend the house to go with friends or family, we will surely return in a short time!
