We had a great time in Hossegor with a group of 10 friends. The place was perfect: spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The location was great, just minutes by bike from the beach and shops, which made our trips very easy. A perfect place to enjoy Hossegor as a group. I highly recommend this listing!

Beautiful place. The view from the upper apartment is amazing. The kitchen is very well-stocked. The place is very clean, and it's just a 5-minute walk to the lake. The heated pool is really nice on colder days.

We had a great time at the house and that was despite the fact that the weather was rather mediocre. Even on a rainy day, it is very comfortable in the great house with 14 people. The kitchen is well equipped and when the sun comes out it is wonderful in the pool and on the large property. The house is very quiet and privacy is absolutely respected. All in all, an absolute recommendation!

The loft is great, less than 5 minutes to the beach, well equipped. Our 11 year old daughter loved the mezzanine. Valerie welcomed us very warmly, available if needed. The little extra is the surf school the door next door with the great team cactus surf!

Thanks to Valerie and her beautiful little cottage. We, a family with two kids and a small dog, felt very comfortable. Great location and the Plage Sud is a great, easily accessible beach section. All shops for daily needs are also within walking distance. Dipika

The house is incredibly nice and beautiful. The garden in particular is fantastic. Lush and beautiful. The pool is large and fresh. There is plenty of outdoor furniture and a large parasol for shade. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you could imagine, and a little more...

The villa is quiet, well located a 10min walk from the center of Guéthary (beautiful village), and perfectly equipped to accommodate 16 guests

Even more beautiful than the pictures! The villa was exceptional and we were able to have a wonderful stay at 11. The location is close (by car) to many beaches and restaurants while being quite secluded which reinforces the tranquility of the stay. The outdoor lounge is really complete and allows you to live completely outside; the pool is also amazing! Manuel and Wanda are responsive and very friendly. In short, a very nice place.

Very lovely house, well maintained. The house is convenient and nice. The environment was ideal, very peaceful and perfect for parking in front of the house. Small downside, We had to clean the pool every day because of the nearby tree. And we had a microwave. Too bad the frames weren't changed on the bedroom side, we felt a lot of ambient humidity. Thank you though, we had a good week.

An ideal place to spend a few days in peace. The villa is very well organized, has all the comforts and the interior design is very well cared for. The location is great for those who want to take a few days of the ocean and come back to enjoy the pool and the various relaxation areas that the house offers.

A beautiful house in a relaxing location! The house is very quiet, located on the edge of a wooded area. It is super nicely furnished and the kitchen is very well equipped. The pool is simply awesome on particularly hot days. Great for relaxing, we could have stayed even longer after 10 days! There are many bike paths in the area and the beach is about 3 km away via almost exclusively comfortable bike paths. Mathieu, thank you so much for the lovely stay!

The house is ideally located: bakery (3 min walk) and supermarket nearby The house is as described, very well-equipped, clean and functional The +: bike paths at the foot of the house, the pool ++, cabin in the house for children 😉 Julien is very responsive and professional. Jean-Louis’s place is superb and at the risk of it booking up, I’d highly recommend! We stayed with another family and it worked perfectly. We all had our own space and bathrooms. The house is exceptionally well appointed with a tonne of amenities. It felt like a home away from home - everything we needed and more. The heated pool was exquisite, particularly for our young children who were able to enjoy it for hours. The location can’t be beaten - 5 mins walk to town and beach. Very easy access to everything. Both Jean-Louis and Alizée were fantastic hosts - very accommodating and responsive. Proactively giving local recommendations and quick to respond to any questions. We loved this place so much, we’ve booked again for next year! Thank you Jean-Louis and Alizée for the best holiday and stay!

Everything was perfect, from the location to the maintenance of the house. The house is beautiful, tastefully decorated and the setting is sublime The check-in and check-out being autonomous, we were able to organize ourselves as we wanted. I recommend it!!
