My house is situated in beutifull town in small distance from Bratislava.(20min) Area is very private with all new-build houses around, very close to vineyards and woods close by. It' s suitable for 6people. Downstairs area consists from one large open living area with large sofa, television and kitchen with all equipments, dishwasher,fridge-freezer,oven,microwave and all electrical appliances needed. Upstairs have 3 large bedrooms. Every bedroom have a smart TV. One Bathroom with bath,shower,toilet and washing machine. The house is perfect for larger families,group of people,couples or alone travelers for holiday or business trip, good for few-days stay, longer stay. Outside have a large garden with small swimming-pool,large patio with BBQ grill,lovely sitting area for summer days.

Excellent location for holidays: mountain hiking in Malé Karpaty; cycling (numerous paths to the country side); swimming in local lake. City of Brezová pod Bradlom (Košariská) is known also as a birthplace of the greatest Slovak – M. R. Štefánik, whose exceptional monument is located 3 kilometres from the flat.

The house is situated in the back if our yard, separated by trees and garden from our family house, to maintain your privacy. The shower is only in the main house, but its not a problem to use it... :) We have a nice jacuzzi, which you can use anytime :) Moderny dom s peknym vyhladom situovany na konci zahrady. TREEHOUSE is installed on four adult oaks. A wooden bridge leads directly to the terrace with a view of the surrounding trees. The house is connected to the electricity grid. Water is supplied in containers and is used for hand washing and basic hygiene. Inside our treehouse there is a chair and a sofa bed, basic kitchen equipment, electric kettle for water, plates etc. Dry toilet is located 15m from the treehouse. Attic is reserved for sleeping (2 people). Sofa bed is downstairs.

Our wooden house was made by my grandfather 50 years ago. It consists from living room with fire place, folding sofa bed for 2 persons, small kitchen, bathroom and on the first floor there is one bedroom with a king bed and 3 single beds. During your stay in our wooden hut you could see squirrels, forest birds, stag beetle, salamanders, hedgehogs, and different animals... deers come for visit sometimes. It is located in recreational area of Harmónia near Modra.

Großartiger Rückzugsraum mit viel Ruhe und viel ländlichem Charme.Klasse Wege rund ums Haus und in der näheren Umgebung.Gut für Mensch und Hund.Unspektakulär und gerade deshalb etwas Besonderes. Im Haus gibts eigentlich alles was man so für 8 Tage benötigt.Ach ja, WLAN ist manchmal etwas anfällig aber deshalb fährt man ja wohl kaum hierher.

Sehr gemütliches, am Waldrand gelegenes Cottage. Dank der Lage und Dank Annas Sinn für Einrichtung wurde einen Ort erschaffen, an dem man sich einfach wohlfühlen kann. Der Weg zum Village ist etwas tricky, aber durch genauste Infos ist es leicht zu finden. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt und werden bestimmt wieder kommen! Vielen Dank für die großartige Kommunikation!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful blue house that looks like it came straight out of a Moomin story. The home is spacious, full of charm, and has been carefully restored with great respect for the local character and history. We stayed there with four children under the age of 4, and not once did anyone get bored. There’s a lovely garden, a barbecue area, and plenty of space both indoors and outdoors. The host was incredibly helpful and kind, always ready to assist. The surrounding area is absolutely stunning — you can buy fresh eggs from one neighbor and delicious apple juice from another. Just two minutes away is a cozy winery with excellent food and unbelievably affordable local wine. It’s a perfect base for exploring both Austria and the Czech Republic, with plenty of attractions nearby. We highly, highly recommend this place!

Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit im Haus von Ivana. Die vier Schlafzimmer sind gut ausgestattet. Im Obergeschoss teilen sich zwei Schlafzimmer eine Terrasse. Die beiden unteren Schlafzimmer haben direkten Zugang zur Terrasse. Der Pool und der Whirlpool waren mega und wir konnten beides nutzen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und Ivana hatte uns Knabbereien und Kaffepats vorbereitet. Leider gab es keinen Grill, allerdings eine Feuerstelle auf der gegrillt werden konnte, die wir genutzt haben. Das Haus ist in einer ruhigen Wohnsiedlung, also kein Ort für laute Partys. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten einen super Platz um die Gegend zu erkunden und unsere kurze Auszeit zu genießen.
