The garden is overgrown with plants so that it cannot be seen in from outside and is exclusively available. A Gasgrill and fireplaces both inside and outside with wood is included. Whirlpool (50€ / stay; April-October) and sauna (25€ for / night; all year) can be booked for additional cost. A Carport for one car (up to 2 m high) is available.

Handmade tiny house for two people. Right on the lake, with a large terrace and sauna. The house was built with ecological materials (wood fiber insulation, clay plaster) and lovingly furnished with solid wood furniture. It has a double bed 160 x 200, a couch, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and dry separation toilet. The house is easily accessible by train. Hämelerwald train station is only a 15-minute walk away.

The house is quietly located in a turning hammer and is surrounded by old trees, making it perfect for families with children. It's just a few minutes' walk to Tankum Lake. At the lake there is a beach, pedal boats, stand up paddle boards, mini golf, football field, volleyball net, barbecue areas and various gastronomic offerings. The surrounding nature invites you to extensive walks, hikes and bike tours.

The basement apartment was completely rebuilt and furnished in August 2023. Due to the basement location, it remains pleasantly cool in the summer months and insulated warm in the winter months. The apartment is newly furnished and equipped. The basic equipment also includes powerful, free Wi-Fi and MagentaTV Smart. The bedroom offers separate sleeping accommodations for two people.
