I was here for the second time and it will not be the last. The apartment is very nice and decorated with a lot of love. The bed is comfortable and otherwise nothing is missing Iris and Britta are great hosts and really make it nice for the guests! The new parking space right in front of the door is another plus.

Mechthild has a welcoming home with everything that's needed..it is clean and has enough space with comfortable beds, bathroom, kitchen. Very good!

The apartment is equipped with everything you need. There was a possibility to store our own bicycles dry. You can easily walk to the city and surrounding restaurants and still have your peace and privacy :-) We can definitely recommend the accommodation.

We were now the second time at Marina and it was like the last time a nice and quiet stay. The apartment is very clean, has a great forest location and is nice and quiet. In addition, Marina is super friendly and always quick to reach.

We had a perfect stay here. The house is very complete, very clean and spacious. The area rural and very quiet. There is plenty of space to sit outside. Communication with the host is fine: warm people. Please note: the height on the ground floor is no more than 1.85 meters. The height of the ceiling itself is 1.95 meters.

100 out of five possible stars out of eight women – that says it all, right? My seven girlfriends and I spent a fantastic long weekend in the great house of Monika and Max. The house is not only stylish and furnished with a lot of love for detail, but also super thoughtful – especially the kitchen left nothing to be desired (and that wants something for eight hungry women!). It was just perfect for our girls trip. We didn't miss anything at all – except maybe for a reason to stay longer. Communication with Monika was excellent from start to finish – quick, warm, and helpful. By the way, Tecklenburg and the surroundings are also beautiful – in case you manage to leave this cozy house at all. Thank you and can fully recommend this special temporary home!

This place is wonderful! Close walking proximity of the city center. Spacious and with everything you need. The balcony is a big plus for sitting outside and enjoying a lovely morning or evening. You are sharing the upper floor of a house — but there is a walled-off glass area that gives you a clear sense of privacy and separation. You may hear sounds from below, but it’s really no big deal. Plus, there are extra beds upstairs if you have a larger group and want to rent those separately. The infrared sauna up there is an extra plus. In all: I have stayed in a lot of Airbnbs and would highly recommend this place!

Heinz and his wife are great helpful and super nice hosts. We were there with four adults and three children and had a great time in Heinz's accommodation. I can recommend it without hesitation. Best wishes and maybe see you again soon.

Great accommodation for family celebrations over Pentecost in Bad Essen. Relatives had been quartered in two of the apartments. It was a shame that they were only there for sleeping and breakfast, according to the unanimous opinion. The apartment was huge, everything very generously cut.

The apartment was ideal. Superbly located and quick access to the city. Peaceful and surrounded by beautiful nature. I was on site for work and had great internet for work despite the rural location. Would have liked to have stayed longer! See you next time.

A beautiful, spacious apartment! However, only partially suitable for 8 people. There is only one toilet that is integrated into the bathroom and accessible by steps. A little dangerous and not accessible for the elderly at night. For 6 people who know each other well, but no problem at all. The apartment is super clean, very chic and stylishly furnished. The kitchen could be a little better equipped but fully suited for small cooking actions. Very large fridge compartment. Huge TV and large couch for everyone. The conservatory is also very nice, where you can sit outside nicely.

Great stay, very central and convenient location. Amazing and big terrace with many beautiful plants. Big kitchen. If you have a chance to visit Dortmund you won't regret staying here.

Monika is a very helpful and nice person. We particularly liked that practically everything you need was available. The apartment was sparkling clean and the view from the roof terrace wonderful. We will be happy to come back.

I met my expectations this place, everything as described, there was coffee, tea, which is appreciated, for a hot drink. Nothing to add, just Ann is a super host the apartment is located just as described, practical, modern, functional and with good taste in her decoration.

We stayed at Merle's cottage for 2 nights due to a wedding we had there. The cottage is very nicely located right in the center but still quiet. It is very cozy, tasteful and very clean. Sufficient parking space in the neighbourhood.

Nice, clean, small apartment, well connected. Hossam communicates in a very friendly and responsive manner. Very well equiped kitchen. Comfortable bed! If you are sensitive to the street: pack earplugs. The smart home is very practical because you don't have to hand over keys :-)
