Exceptional stay - clean, modern apartment in a great walkable location, underground parking with everything you need

This was our second stay in this condo. Slightly less appealing than our October stay but easy fixes. Kitchen utensils were not plentiful. No can opener, potato masher, cork screw or sharp knives. Floors were a bit dusty but perhaps it had been empty for a while. It was sad to see some wear and scratches on the beautiful laminate, likely from previous guests. This condo is quiet and in a great location in east Regina. Both of us have mobility issues and really appreciated the walk in shower, firm but comfortable sofa and beds plus higher end kitchen chairs. End tables would be a great addition. The lights over the table and bathroom were extremely dim. Likely an easy fix with higher watt bulb replacement. Not a reflection on the condo but main entry doors to the building are very heavy and difficult to open. Front entrance, elevator and hallways were kept exceptionally clean. We did not go to the pool or hot tub this time. This is our go to condo every time we travel to Regina.

BEST. STAY. EVER. The place was spotless, the decor fresh, warm and welcoming. The back yard (garden) and pond (complete with koi fish) was gorgeous and tranquil. Clayton proactively sent me a message the day before check in, advising of the door code, wifi password, address and his cell phone number. I was greeted by him and his two adorable puppers in the garden upon arrival, and there was a warm welcoming hand written note left on the kitchen table. The surrounding neighborhood is equally enchanting. The furniture (including bed) was incredibly comfy and there were a few staples (and snack basket!) available. If I could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would. THANK YOU for a wonderful stay! 👍

We would highly recommend Jennifer's B&B. It was clean, the bed was very comfortable. the location was easy walking to many amenities. We especially appreciated the having enough coffee for our entire stay. We hope to be back.

Allan's place exceeded all our espectations: tucked away in a very quiet place that nature lovers would be much pleased especially in summer. Everything is perfect, design of rooms, decor are well appointed. He has thought of Everything you'll need. We'll be back God willing.

Amazingly friendly host; the first who has greeted me upon checking in. The place was perfect and the bed was very comfortable, as were the kitchen chairs. The recliner was the best part though, and the writing desk was great for journalling. Perfect amount of space and a very spacious kitchen with all the amenities. This is a rarity, while working away from home. Diana was prompt, responsive and very friendly.

This was a great place to stay for the weekend with a group! Check in was easy, the location was great for what we were looking for, and the space felt like home. The backyard space was great for the warm weather! The beds were all extremely comfortable as well! Overall a great stay!

We travelled with a party of six and it met all of our needs. The location was convenient, near a grocery store and other amenities. The place was clean and well maintained. Hosts were very responsive. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to anyone travelling to The Queen City.

Ed and Karen host a beautiful spot right along the river. It feels like you are staying in a cabin and has all the amenities that you could need for both short-term and long-term stays. It is a few minutes out of town and felt very safe. Neighbourhood was quiet.

Me and my friends had a great weekend gateway at Dominque’s cabin. They have a lovely place with lots of friendly animals. Dominique was a responsive and very kind host. 10/10!

From our initial contact, James was very responsive to questions. The photos of the house are a good representation of the home, including the fully stocked kitchen. Our dogs loved having access to the backyard! Great location and easy access to everywhere we needed to go. We will definitely remember it for future trips to Saskatoon!

Just a quick one night stay for us, very clean, modern, nicely finished. Close to the river and restaurants. Worked perfect.

Our first time stayingin Renee’s; we had a lovely stay in a well appointed, clean and comfortable rental home. The backyard and patio area were very nice and we are looking forward to taking it all in during the summer (it was cooler and rainy this visit ).Our small dog had a yard to roam with little concern of her getting out. Clean and comfortable place. Nice little rural neighborhood. Got fairly cold at night and the house was nice and warm

Jonathon was super responsive to messages. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom and very comfortable beds. It’s in a quiet neighborhood that’s walkable to downtown and other areas. Jonathon went the extra mile and left a lively plant as a birthday gift for my mom. Great host and will definitely stay there again

David’s place was as described. Secure building with underground parking. He even arranged for a parking space for our second car. The views of the city are spectacular! Initially, difficult to coordinate a check in time otherwise no issues. David was friendly and helpful.

Beautiful home, very peaceful and comfortable, would definitely stay again.

Michael meet us at the entrance on our arrival, everything was clear for entry and he gave some helpful advice about the height of the parking garage. beautiful views until the widow smoke rolled in but that wasn't the fault of the unit! would highly recommend.

The apartment was bright, tidy, well appointed, and spotlessly clean. It was so nice to be well above ground level.

Quick trip to Saskatoon. Neil's place was great. Would recommend.

This was such a great place to stay! The interior is clean and bright and the location is very central. The elevator was down temporarily on check in and Jennifer was very responsive and proactive and made the process very smooth! I highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Saskatoon!
