The house was very spacious and was kept in a very good standard. Overall, we were very happy with both the house and Abby. I will definitely be keeping in mind your properties in the future. Very affordable, quiet surroundings and peaceful

We had a great stay in Ms. Jho’s property. They were very responsive and sees to it that we are well taken care of. The place is clean and is very conducive to live in, it’s just like a home away from home. Will definitely book the property again in the future.

Despite these issue, we still had a wonderful time at Regina's Place. We loved the beachfront location, the comfortable rooms, the lovely lady caretakers, and the peaceful atmosphere. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway in Laiya, Batangas, Regina's Place is a great option. "

Great accomodation, sulit for its price. Not that squeaky clean some areas need some cleaning, maybe because of the confusion with the booking dates. Great view of the fish pond. We used all the utilities available, the tree house, karaoke, swimming pool, basketball ring. There are areas which are very cute for photos like the stairs. 2 mins walk to the beach. The beach is okay, great for swimming but do bot expect too much. We did have fun during the high tides because of the waves, just make sure to wear aqua shoes or any slipper because there are lots of glass. Overall, we had a great stay. Will recommend this if you really want a sulit and addordable family vacation. 10k for 25 pax, the Villa can accomodate even 35pax. Thank you.

The accommodation was smooth and hassle-free. The owner was very responsive and accommodating to all my inquiries. Everything in the house was brand new and squeaky clean. The pool was definitely a bonus! All essentials were readily available for use. The beds and linens were fresh and fragrant, and the comfort rooms were absolutely luxurious. Highly recommended!

The place itself was beautifully decorated, with a perfect mix of cozy and modern vibes. Every corner was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was super comfortable, and I loved the little touches, like fresh towels and stocked essentials, that made it feel like a true home away from home.

Had a wonderful stay at Ainoville! It's not only incredibly affordable, but also beautifully designed—exactly like the photos, which was such a pleasant surprise. The space was spotless and felt so cozy and welcoming and we truly felt right at home from the moment we arrived. One of the highlights of our stay was how accommodating and responsive Ferl was. She was super easy to communicate with and always ready to help. The yang chow we had from their food service was also very delish. Overall, a fantastic experience. We would definitely stay here again. :))

I decided to stay here because of the location's accessibility. The place is very peaceful and clean! I really like the bed; that's an 11/10 for me. I like the thermostat shower. I will definitely come back here when I come back nearby.

Franzel was very accommodating. We were traveling from Bicol and we were extremely tired from the long hours of driving. she was very helpful and courteous. She also helped me find my wallet when I left it inside the bedroom and had patiently waited for me to come back and retrieve it. She was an all star host! Such a lovely and thoughtfully prepared stay! The space is simple yet stylish, with hotel-quality bedsheets, fresh towels, complete toiletries, and a fully equipped kitchen with IKEA glassware and silverware. The air conditioning was already on when I arrived—such a nice touch! Trash bins were plenty, making it easy to keep things clean, and each area had fire extinguishers and emergency lights, which added peace of mind. The BBQ area was also very nice and efficient. The garden was beautifully maintained, and having an on-site caretaker was a big plus. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. Would definitely stay again!

I had a wonderful stay at Ginalyn’s place! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Ginalyn was a thoughtful and responsive host.

The house is clean, cozy, and gives off nostalgic, homey vibes—like visiting your grandparents during a family celebration. It’s in a quiet neighborhood near a sari-sari store run by a friendly lolo and lola, who may help arrange a tricycle ride if one is parked nearby. The interior is well-kept, though the front grass could use trimming and the exterior might benefit from a fresh coat of paint. Please note that GrabCar pickup isn’t available at this location—the app doesn’t offer it here. However, GrabFood and GrabMart do work, though you may need to coordinate with drivers as the map sometimes shows the wrong street. It might be a mapping issue or just a wierd coincidental glitch.

Wonderful place with cozy home vibes and very clean! The pool and spaces/tables for conversations were the highlights. The ambiance under the giant tree was great. Their kitchen was complete and sleeping necessities with blankets were good also. Owners welcomed us and were very attentive. Parking for about 4 cars. You just have to go into a tight road from the main road but an SUV and Pick up can fit.

Host is responsive. Place is near various spots like BIR, Mcdo, 711, car dealerships, etc and inside a relatively new subdivision so expect some constructions going on. That is fine as it stops before night time. Parking can accommodate 2 cars inside and house is clean. Good location as well as it is before where traffic starts at San Pablo.
