Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Sargé-lès-le-Mans

This was a very cute place to stay in an old house in the middle of the Plantagenet City. Laurent was easy to contact, flexible about booking, and greeted us and showed us around and then left us alone. The house was comfortable and had all the amenities, and it was an easy walk to everything. .

It was a short stay since I was only going one night, but Myriam actively communicated with me and gave very clear instructions on the location of the place, and that in case I did not find it, she offered to call her so as not to go around, but the instructions were enough Inside the place, there was a notebook with a map and some places of interest in French and English, which I thought was fantastic. If I had been there for more days, I would have looked at it well. The stay was very good, as was the communication, the arrival was very flexible and not stressful at all Again, no doubt.

House at the top, where everything has been thought for comfort: from the huge garage for several cars, through the kitchen equipment, the comfort of the beds, the decor, in a peaceful neighborhood; Pauline follows us attentively and very courteously to anticipate the slightest problem... but there is none!

Veronique's place was the absolute perfect spot for our stay. Besides being an incredibly helpful and communicative host (proactively telling us about an unplanned power outage the city announced), she was kind, and made us feel right at home. The place is a stunning piece of historical architecture, right in the heart of the old town. Finally, this was the cleanest airbnb I've ever stayed in by far. Seriously, I wish my house was this spotless. Veronique's attention to detail is hard to match!

Rose is a great host, warm and caring about our well-being. The cottage is beautiful, it is tastefully decorated, nothing missing. The bedding is perfect. The place is sublime for an absolute rest. I recommend Rose's cottage without a second thought.

Jérômes place was perfect for our trip to Le Mans! With it being walking distance from everything and not far from the tram station, it couldn’t be in a better location! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back soon!

We had a great time at this second apartment in Alexis and perfect as the first . It is not only very spacious and bright, but also perfectly equipped — everything is thought out for the comfort of the guests. The cleanliness is impeccable, the quality bedding, and the neat decoration brings a real warm touch. You feel at home there from the first few minutes. The host is also very responsive and thoughtful. I would recommend it without hesitation, and would definitely stay again!

We spent a weekend at Sabrina's for the 24h of Le Mans. We were pleasantly surprised, on the one hand by the environment and the calm of the building as well as the cleanliness of the accommodation. I had a great time at Mathilde's apartment. It is a real cocoon combining comfort, practicality and serenity. Bright, spacious and tastefully decorated, it is even more charming in reality than in the photo 😊 It feels really good... like home. The bedding is super comfortable and the linen is good quality. Mathilde is an available and responsive host. I had a soothing and warm experience. I would recommend it in a second.
