I recommend this rental, the house and the garden are great! We enjoyed the barbecue and the jacuzzi. We were 7 adults and 1 baby and had a great stay! Clémentine was very welcoming and the exchanges were easy!

A magical place where you can totally disconnect. Hosts are great, available at the slightest problem but discreet throughout the stay. The decor has been tastefully designed. The amenities provided (tablet, portable speaker, streaming and music platform) allow you to fully enjoy the time on site. The delivery of breakfast every morning is an undeniable bonus. Everything is designed to enjoy the utmost comfort. Take time to check out the videos showing the barn transformation. The work done is phenomenal.

Accommodation close to public transport, access to the city center. Pretty garden, beautiful house where you can feel good.

Great, thanks The keys handed over and check out in person, I was no longer used to it. I missed the keys at the exit, but everything is perfect. I recommend it and close to the Le Mans motorcycle GP👍👍👍

Spacious and clean housing, Marlene was available and pleasant. Some small refreshments to be expected by the pool and jacuzzi, which are however very pleasant! And a well-heated pool! I recommend staying at Marlene's!

Laurent is a great host. He and his wife were there in person to welcome me and show me everything. The many nice touches, from regional specialties to the bottles of water by the bed, make this house a home where you feel welcome and well taken care of. The garden is great. The house has everything you want. The bathroom is very modern and beautiful. The location is great: 20 minutes' walk to the train station, the tram stop around the corner. This makes it easy and quick to reach the city center and the race track. The house is situated in a quiet residential area. You can sit in the garden in the evening or enjoy the whirlpool. I felt very comfortable here and would love to come back. P.S. the little key ring in the shape of a car on the front door key was the icing on the cake :-)

Reynald is a charming host, whose house was ideal for our extended family of 3 generations. The house was well equipped with everything that we needed, and there were lots of different areas for us to use and not to be on top of one another. The garden and pool area were lovely. It was unfortunate that the weather wasn’t very good for the first week of our 2 week stay, with a lot of wind and rain, so we were not able to use the outdoor facilities as much as we would have liked. Reynald was very good at checking that everything was ok, and suggesting places that we could visit. We were a little disappointed that most of the shops and places to eat in Roézé-sur-Sarthe were closed, so we had to use the car every time we needed something, rather than being able to walk, for example, to get the bread and croissants for breakfast.

It is an amazing place. I am really impressed by how well-designed and clean it is. Highly recommended for a relaxing vacation away from the crowds. The place is full of technology and amenities, such as a kitchen, laundry area, sitting area, and BBQ.

The accommodation offered was very good, true to our expectations. The welcome was very warm. Frédéric and his wife were very responsive to our requests, with a superb tour of their farm as a bonus. We had a great weekend in the cottage. We met with friends (with toddlers) and the place enjoyed both young and old alike! We arrived in a nice place, very welcoming, spacious, nicely decorated, very well equipped. We knew we rented a beautiful home, but it exceeded our expectations! We had a wonderful stay at the house, which has everything… from the pool, big kitchen, loads of board games, table tennis and chicken :) The communication was very friendly from the start and we couldn’t have asked for more!
