Wonderful holiday home on the shore of Walensee

2 bedroom apartment in the Walensee Resort with a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, ski storage, laundrette, covered parking. The resort is surrounded by mighty mountains, ideal for skiing and all sorts of winter activites. The cablecar is 200m/3min walking distance and goes directly to Flumserberg with amazing slopes in the winter, and hiking, climbing and biking trails in the summer. A luxurious thermal bath & spa is only 20min drive and a huge indoor sports complex 15min away.

Nach einem ereignisreichen Tag in den Bergen lehne dich zurück und entspanne dich mit einer prachtvollen Aussicht auf den See und die Berge. Diese 3.5 Zimmer Wohnung liegt direkt am Ufer des Walensee. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es gibt einen offenen Küchen-, Wohnbereich und 2 grosszügige Schlafzimmer. Das Angebot rundet sich mit einem Whirlwanne und einer privaten Sauna in der Wohnung ab. Die Seilbahn in die Flumserberge erreicht man in 5 Minuten zu Fuss.

Geräumige Wohnung (grosszügiger Wohn- und Essbereich mit offener Küche) zu Füssen der Churfirsten im 1. Stock mit riesigem Südbalkon. Die Wohnung liegt in einem verkehrsberuhigten Bereich (Zufahrt durch Schranke) direkt zwischen Walensee (40 Sek. zu Fuss zum Strand) und Talstation der Gondelbahn Flumserberg (4 Min. zu Fuss). Die Wohnung hat zwei separate Schlafzimmer, Skikeller und verfügt über eine Sauna, Solarium und Whirlpool-Badewanne. Grossartige Aussicht auf Walensee, Wald und Berge.

Are you looking to relax and enjoy Quinten's unique, sunny micro-climate? Then visit our holiday home in the vineyards. Family friendly, spacious and comfortably furnished (150m2), with unique panoramic views. Our garden (with a dozen fig trees and 70 vines) and the unique surroundings offer plenty opportunities to relax and to discover. Important: Quinten can only be reached on foot (about 3h from Weesen/Walenstadt) or by boat. There is no shopping, supermarket or groceries in Quinten.

This two-storey gallery penthouse on 133m2, located in the Walensee resort, is characterized by its unique view of the mountains and directly over the lake. From this location you can walk to the Unterterzen-Flumserberg gondola in a few minutes, to the Unterterzen train station in 150m or to the lake. The location is ideal for sports activities in winter as well as in summer. The region is very attractive and still a little insider tip away from traffic and mass tourism.

Familienfreundliche Ferienwohnung, sehr zentral gelegen und ideal für Aktivitäten in Flumserberg und am Walensee. Separater Eingang im Erdgeschoss und Parkplatz neben der Eingangstür. Gondelstation Unterterzen (Tannenboden, Flumserberg) befindet sich 200 Meter neben der Wohnung. Beide Badestrände, der Bahnhof und ein Lebensmittelladen sind innert kurzer Gehdistanz zu erreichen. Die Wohnung bietet 3 Zimmer mit 4 Schlafmöglichkeiten (1 Etagenbett und 1 Doppelbett).

Luxe 3,5 kamer appartement direct aan de Walensee

Zeer mooi groot appartement met twee slaapkamers. Heerlijke locatie om te skiën in de winter of te zwemmen in het meer in de zomer. Het appartement ligt op 5 min lopen van de skilift. Het appartement heeft mooi uitzicht op het meer, de haven en bergen. Al met al een unieke plek op het park en in Zwitserland! Linnengoed en handdoeken zijn inclusief! Kinderbedje en -stoel zijn aanwezig. Ik verhuur mijn eigen appartement zelf en ben nergens bij aangesloten.
