Close to the city center, minutes from the beach resorts of Neusiedl & Weiden (5 min by car, 30 min walk) - this dreamy apartment is a good starting point for many excursion destinations in northern Burgenland. The apartment is located in the basement of the house (pleasantly cool in summer). The landlord lives upstairs. A separate entrance, bathroom in the basement, toilet, private kitchen with basic equipment for cozy cooking evenings and many niches in the garden invite you to linger undisturbed.

Charming + newly renovated house near the airport

Fühle dich wie neugeboren, wenn du in diesem rustikalen Juwel übernachtest. Das komplett neu renovierte kleine Haus ist genau richtig, wenn du in einer ruhigen Gegend ganz in der Nähe des Flughafen eine passende Unterkunft suchst. Ich habe das Haus liebevoll komplett neu renoviert, damit es meinen Gästen sich wohlfühlen in dem Haus. Ihr habt einen eigenen Zugang und könnt dort alles benutzen was vorhanden ist. Falls etwas fehlen sollte, ich wohne im Nebenhaus und kann immer behilflich sein.

We felt super comfortable from the beginning to the end of the stay. It was almost like visiting good friends. The stay in the garden was also simply beautiful. We received good tips for our bike tours on the lake. If we come back to this area, we will become "repeat guests"

We spent 3 nights in Anna's beautiful villa and felt very comfortable. We were very nicely received by her husband and everything was explained and shown to us in detail. The house and the garden are as in the photos. The house is well equipped. The area is very quiet and in the garden it is always a little cooler than "outside", which was very pleasant in the temperatures. The lake is less than 10 minutes away, and supermarkets and restaurants are also within walking distance! Communication with Anna was great and she was always available. We would come back in a heartbeat! Thank you for the wonderful relaxing stay!

We had a great 4-day stay as a family of five in the "Haus am See". The house was very nice and exactly what we expected based on the description. I stayed in the apartment for about 10 days in May. Everything was perfect, the apartment is nice and functional, very close to the center of the village and you can get anywhere on foot. During the stay there were extremely hot days and some very cold, despite this the apartment always remained at an optimal temperature. The detail of the view of the storks' nest was a plus that made me wake up with a smile every morning. Highly recommended!
