Nos encantó, super cerca del centro. Todo estaba ordenado y limpio. Volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí. Muy amable el anfitrión y los vecinos.

Mi estancia fue excelente. Todo estaba muy limpio, la ubicación es ideal y segura, con fácil acceso a todo. El barrio es muy tranquilo y silencioso, perfecto para descansar. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue siempre rápida y clara. Sin duda, lo recomendaría y volvería a hospedarme aquí.

El lugar es tal cual en las fotos. Tranquilo y acogedor, cómo estar en casa. Lo disfrutamos un montón, precio accesible, súper recomendable. ¡Volveremos definitivamente!

La casa de Guiselle es muy cómoda, está completamente equipada y es extremadamente limpia. El aire acondicionado funciona perfectamente, y la ubicación es tranquila y segura. Guiselle fue muy atenta y siempre estuvo disponible para cualquier duda, además de ser muy comunicativa. Tuvimos la oportunidad de conocer a su preciosa familia. Recomiendo totalmente alojarse aquí!! Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel de deux nuits en famille (avec ma femme et nos trois filles). C’est sans doute l’une de nos meilleures expériences Airbnb ! Le lieu, un peu à l’écart des circuits touristiques classiques, est une vraie pépite. On y découvre une nature magnifique : une forêt luxuriante, une belle cascade, des animaux superbes et de très bons restaurants à proximité. L’emplacement est aussi idéal pour ceux qui veulent rejoindre Tortuguero ou Cahuita facilement. Les repas et le petit déjeuner sont excellents, faits avec soin et goût. Un vrai plus ! Un immense merci à Laura, qui est une hôte extrêmement attentionnée, chaleureuse et disponible. Ce fut un vrai plaisir. Nous recommandons ce lieu les yeux fermés !

A well-appointed cottage. The kitchen has everything for self-catering. Two bedrooms are a plus. It was difficult to locate thanks to G@@gle Maps and Waze errors. I would not want to be looking for it in the dark. Jorge got us there. Peaceful rural location, close enough to town for provisions. I missed the fact that there was no hot water so we used the kettle when we needed some. Not a big problem. The shower head looks like it might heat water but we didn’t try it. I would stay there again.

¡100% Recomendado! Una casita sencilla pero muy acogedora, mejor de lo que se ve en las fotos. Con una decoración encantadora y todo impecablemente limpio. Cuenta con una cocina totalmente equipada, sala, dos cuartos y un baño amplio, ofreciendo todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. Lo mejor es el entorno natural, amplia zona verde alrededor ideal para relajarse y disfrutar de la tranquilidad. A solo 5 minutos está el pueblo, con varios comercios, y a 15 minutos se pueden visitar hermosas pozas en el río San José. Además, su ubicación es excelente, ya que está a menos de 1 hora y media de San José, con un acceso muy fácil. El anfitrión fue muy amable y siempre respondió rápido, lo cual es clave para una buena experiencia. En definitiva, una opción perfecta para conectar con la naturaleza sin alejarse demasiado de la comodidad.

We enjoyed this house so much the view and the pool were amazing. We stayed with our granddaughter and she swam in the pool for hours! Our daughter was attending a biology field study in Chilamate so the location was perfect but we didn’t know that we would also love this little town so much! We went white water rafting and it was a blast! We also learned about Chocolate production and many of the local flora and fauna from a couple of excellent local guides! The pool was a dream, we swam everyday multiple times and it was so refreshing and fun. The loft bedroom with a complete wall of sliding glass doors was perfect for watching the birds at sunrise and didn’t even have to get out of bed. We loved the indoor/outdoor living of this house and the property was full of so many different fruit trees. We would love to stay here again next time we visit Chilamate!

La verdad la pasamos muy bien, el lugar es hermoso tanto que aún no nos queríamos venir, sin duda volvernos pronto.

Magnifique jardin très agréable, proche de Guapiles et Angelino. Pratique pour visiter la region Est du Costa Rica. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison, il y a des chats mignons et un chien.

Un dépaysement garanti, magnifique. Et la famille très très discrète vivant sur le même terrain as été très très gentille. Prête à tout pour que nous soyons bien. Oublier le confort d une grande ville et réservez. C'était magique comme endroit et Don Pedro tellement gentil. Nous avons adorés. Difficile à trouver mais si vous voulez allez mangez au restaurant Magallanes à 5 min en voiture. Le patron nous as aidez et c'était en plus très très bon. Nos filles de 2ans et 5ans on adorer les animaux de ferme prese't sur le terrain. Nous avons regretter d'être rester un seul jour pour partager du temps avec le famille de Don Pedro À faire sans hésitez si Oscar améliore la cuisine

I camped at Yahaira's place with my dog for over 3 weeks. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to see nature. There was an armadillo that would wander by my tent at night and a sloth sleeping above. There are many edible plants on and surrounding the property . There is a beautiful clear river running by the property that my dog swam in every day. The diversity of birds is incredible. There is a small market is just a 20 minute walk away. Yahaira and her daughter were so welcoming and made me and my dog feel at home. Absolut rely you should stay there!

Staff is friendly and help full. Clean and quiet area despite main road a few meters away. Convenient location if you have a car. Can be difficult to access entrance when there is traffic because of the one lane bridge. I stayed in July so there were a lot of bugs in the porch area, sometimes they come in if the door is not closed fast enough, but it's part of the CR nature. Bug spray helped keep them at bay.
