Dorothy Joy is a great host. The property is on a nice quiet subdivision. Everything is exactly as pictured. There is a small sari sari store just a block away towards the gate that has all of the convenience items you may need. The bed was comfortable. All rooms have air conditioning and each night was a nice quiet sleep. Dorothy Joy and her wonderful husband are great hosts who offered local travel suggestions. I rented a motorbike to tour the beautiful surrounding province, beaches, lakes and more. The Wifi is strong and reliable. There is a laundry machine making laundry an easy chore. And one of the best parts is there are no roosters around the property 😂. I’d definitely return here again.

Sir julz place is so nice and so cozy. i love it everyday. i loved the detail and the design of the apartment love to stay again. loved the bed and the kitchen area alot. and sir julz is 10/10 host.

Perfect for multi families. Deliberately looked for 3 bedroom units to fit 3 families during our trip. Bedrooms were not tight especially the family room at the ground floor. There are enough bathrooms and toilet. However, dining area will not be able to accommodate everyone at once, which we dont mind. One particular bed foam upstairs is not soft. Also would have been better to have an aircon by the sala as well, and a netflix account. Overall, we were all satisfied! Worth the price. Everything was smooth despite booking the night before check in.

We took a gamble by travelling to Mindanao but we were well rewarded, thanks Wesley, Marissa, Yan and the rest of the team. The place is simply amazing and very quiet during the weekdays. We enjoyed seeing the goats and chickens roam around during the day. There plenty of nice sitting areas with power sockets. We never felt unsafe but extremely welcome. Locals we always very enthusiastic to meet us and often asked to take a photo with us. Our hosts organised a visit to Marissa's family for a lunch in the jungle. Which was an absolute highlight for us. We tremendously enjoyed the food as well as the nice views and village visit after the meal. We also recommend walking around the area by yourself, including to the small village behind the property. (Follow the river road next to the brick propety wall. The village does not show up on the map.) The waterfall walk that was recommend to us was also worthwhile and Yan was a fantastic guide.

The place was very easy to find, I used Google Maps (very accurate). Very near malls and convenience stores. It was raining heavily the day we checked-in, thus, there was some leakages in the living and master bedroom. Nonetheless, we had a great stay. Fast WIFI, clean bathrooms, kitchen was divine, it was as advertised. We will definitely go back and enjoy again it's amenities. My family totally loved it. Definitely recommended for big groups / family.

Nice house with 2 bedrooms and jacuzzi. It was all clean and well furnished. The host was super nice.

We had a wonderful stay at Irah's place! The location near Robinson's was perfect, and getting to places like Nikko's Brew and Grand Summit Hotel was a breeze. The multiple air conditioners were a lifesaver in the GenSan humidity, and the beds were super comfy. We even cooked some meals with ease. The subdivision was quiet and felt very safe, providing a peaceful retreat. While there wasn't WIFI as mentioned, our Gomo and Smart data didn't work well either. It would be a great addition if they could set up portable WIFI in the future. My family and I felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay despite the internet situation. Irah's place played a significant role in making our trip to Gensan memorable and enjoyable. Looking forward to the possibility of staying here again!

Honest Review Only. We were hesitant coz the listing is new in the site of airbnb, but we message Mr. Jayson first so that we know it's legit as no reviews yet. The House is little bit far from downtown but it's fine, private and peaceful area. Easy Check-in and check-out. The House is very spacious, love it! Kitchen has basic utensils where you can cook if you stay short term, if long term you need some stuff like us where I took some kitchen stuff from my parents house. My husband has a problem with the Lizard coming inside the house from the hole of the AC. We have also a problem with the bed, it gave us back pain as it's shrink or flattened. The Washing machine needs to put out the water hose outside were my husband doesn't like as the lizard are coming inside the house. But overall we enjoyed our stay, and we definitely book again, we hope they change the bed next time. Thank you Mr. Jayson for a very responsive host. I will still recommend this place for "not OC person"
