Super nice and spacious apartments

The room is just right for a few nights. Everything was brand new and looking nice. The host was very friendly and helpful with everything we asked for.

Great room for a few nights in Ksamil! Accurately described with plenty of supermarkets nearby and beach 10 mins away. Communication was efficient and Orjon was very accommodating! Super clean room as well!

The place was very clean and spacious. View was really next level, even better than the photos which is rare. Always great communication with anything needed and Bruna and her family were so nice and accommodating. Definitely recommend!

We spent five nights in this great place, which is perfect for two people. The apartment was very clean, and the kitchen is well equipped – a kettle would have been a nice extra. Particularly pleasant is the beautiful garden, where you can sit comfortably outside. The central location is ideal as you can walk to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets quickly. Despite the proximity to everything, the place is very quiet and you sleep excellently. Another plus is the private parking. I would definitely book this place again. Thank you!

We stayed here for 16 days beginning of September 2024. Fabio and his family was a fantastic host helping us with anything we needed to ask about. They also told us about how it is to live in Albania. The apartment was very good and had all the tings we needed and is located 3 min walking distance from the beach and the promenade, where all the restaurents are. Everything was perfect! The accommodation was very nice and very clean. The roof terrace was the absolute highlight with the sea view. Our host was very helpful and took great care of us! We received many excursion tips for the region. When I injured myself on a trip I was even taken to the doctor and he took care of everything. The accommodation can be recommended 100% by all of us!!!

Anxhela was a super good hostess. She was very concerned about our well-being and was always immediately available for communication. Everything was super relaxed and very pleasant both in advance and during the stay. The grounds and the house are beautiful, really clean and well equipped. We would book the house again and would have extended our stay without hesitation. Thanks a lot :)

Host was very communicative and proactively checked in to see if we needed anything. They met us at the door to welcome us and explain everything. Great location a few minutes walk from town. Wifi was strong enough for video calls.

100% recommendation. The apartment was very well equipped, large and the view wonderful. We walked to the promenade every day and got stuck in great bakeries and restaurants on the way. The path is quite long and you always discover new things. In the immediate surroundings of the property is still being built, many buildings are still empty and there is some trash around. But the apartment is in a new building, not all units seem to be rented yet, so it was quite quiet. From the river, a quiet or constant noise comes depending on the water level. We had 2 noisy and 2 quiet days. A supermarket big market is 500 meters away and seems to be new, fresh fruit and vegetables can be found further towards the promenade. The bus station to Ksamil is at the Planet supermarket. We felt very comfortable in the apartment and would come back here anytime!

Nice apartment and good accommodation with great sea view and access to pools. Only was given one key for a group of 8 which was inconvenient and no replacement toilet paper

Olga was the perfect householder. She welcomed us before we entered, showed us the house, and introduced the neighborhood. The view of the house is wonderful, we had a great time. There is a market, many cafes, restaurants, and a beach right next to the house. Plus, the restaurant she suggested for dinner was perfect. We thank her for this experience!

I stayed here for a month and I’m so happy I did. It’s a 1 min walk to the grocery store, 8 min walk to gyms, easy walk to the beach and restaurants. They were always reaching out to offer recommendations and even asked if we would like our place cleaned. In unit laundry was amazing and the patio was perfect. WiFi was so fast! We cooked a lot in the kitchen and were so happy to find there was filtered water for us to drink. I would for sure stay here again if I had the chance! Thank you for having us in your home.

This Airbnb was wonderful! Was exactly as described. Everything was very clean and the host was very responsive. I’d recommend this place to anyone. The view was absolutely immaculate, we could see the entire coast from the balcony. Overall exactly what I was expecting. I will warn people even though it’s in the ad, you do have to climb MANY flights of stairs being that there is no elevator. So for older folks, this may not be the right fit for you. But if you’re young and physically healthy, it’s no problem. I would 100% stay here again and plan on it if ever make it back to Sarandë.

Kristina's apartment is very clean and even more beautiful than in the photos. You feel very comfortable. The apartment is quietly located. Nevertheless, everything you need is in close proximity. We got lots of tips and recommendations for things to do in the surrounding area from Kristina.

The place is clean and nice. The hosts are great. The place is in the uphill so if you wanna go to main city it can be a lot of down and uphills. We didn't had problem we that. We loved our stay. Strongly recommend this place 🩷

For just the view, I would choose this accommodation. It was clean, spacious and quiet at night. The Planet supermarket nearby was great and friendly. Free parking was also a plus!

We had a great stay at Xhulio’s place. The kitchen was fully equipped, the surrounding views were amazing to wake up to each morning. Would absolutely recommend to anyone for their holiday! 😊

We absolutely loved our stay! The large balcony with the bean bags, and the proximity to the small beach (which is small and rocky but beautiful!) was absolutely perfect for us. The walk to the promenade was supposedly 30-45 minutes according to Maps, but it never felt that long as it was completely flat. And there was always restaurants/bars/shops, or cats (!) to look at on the way. We really appreciated having a washing machine which meant we could freshen up our beach towels etc. and the kitchen was well equipped to make all your meals there if you wanted to. There was also plenty of great restaurants nearby, and a handful of small supermarkets. Would definitely recommend and return.

The apartment was so beautiful and perfect, it had everything you needed and such an amazing view overlooking the beach and Corfu. The apartment was close by to the pier and local restaurants. Zana was an amazing host and we were provided with a booklet with everything you needed, places to go, the location to tell the taxi drives and numbers to local drivers and tourist attractions. If I’m ever in Sarandë again, this is the place I would book, thank you Zana for an amazing birthday trip!!

Ridi was.a great host. He provided useful information right up front, and checked in during my stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The person who checked me in generously provided some oilive oil and coffee. The balcony is lovely and the location is walking distance to most of the popular spots. It was great being in a more neighborhood setting. Having a dedicated parking space was amazing. Thank you!
