Beachfront holiday rentals in Sarandë

We loved our stay. We had beautiful ocean views from our balcony and master bedroom. The room was cleaned during our stay and we had everything we needed. The hosts were friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. We hired a car and they offered a free parking space. They offered to do laundry for us also which we appreciated with 2 young kids. Central location walking distance to everything Saranda had to offer. Highly recommend.

Great stay at the apartment – excellent service and atmosphere. The owners are very nice, helpful and friendly. They gave advices on the nearest places to visit and on good restaurants. We were picked up at the port by the car, so it was very nice, as we had a quite long trip and there was no need to think how to get to the apartment. The apartment is very clean, stylish and cozy. And the sea view from it is breathtaking. I highly recommend this property as it has everything and the owners are very positive and helpful. I will be definitely recommending this place for my family and friends and will come back for sure.

Voor alleen het uitzicht al zou ik deze accommodatie kiezen. Het was schoon, ruim en rustig in de nacht. De Planet supermarkt in de buurt was geweldig en vriendelijk. Gratis parkeren was ook een plus!

We absolutely loved our stay! The large balcony with the bean bags, and the proximity to the small beach (which is small and rocky but beautiful!) was absolutely perfect for us. The walk to the promenade was supposedly 30-45 minutes according to Maps, but it never felt that long as it was completely flat. And there was always restaurants/bars/shops, or cats (!) to look at on the way. We really appreciated having a washing machine which meant we could freshen up our beach towels etc. and the kitchen was well equipped to make all your meals there if you wanted to. There was also plenty of great restaurants nearby, and a handful of small supermarkets. Would definitely recommend and return.

The apartment was very nice same like in the photos and Ergent was very responsive we had wonderful time

Karina is the best in communication there is no waiting around for a answer. Every time I needed an information She was always there. I was there for a month. The apartment is spacious with nice windows. The internet good enough I worked online every day.The building is new and very close to the beach. I enjoyed the place and could come back! Super séjour dans ce logement spacieux et peu cher ! Des commerces, des restaurants et la plage à proximité, nous avons même pu partir en excursion à Corfou une journée. Léonard est réactif et nous a donné de bons conseils. Très arrangeant également. je recommande !

We (me and a friend) spent the last weekend of MAY 2025 in this lovely apartment. The place is very nice and it was also very clean. To sum it all up: Everything is like in the pictures from the advertisement and Lorik and Leart were very helpful. We highly recommend a stay in this flat while visiting Saranda.

I loved staying at Festina’s place. It was very clean and tidy, and I was eternally grateful for the AC. The neighbourhood is very touristy and the apartment looks out on the pool, where very loud music was played until 8 at night. This is out of Festina’s hands of course, but it did impact my stay. Festina herself is wonderful, always at your service and replying quickly.

We loved our stay in Sarandë and the apartment was clean, very well located with loads of nice restaurants and cafes around. The sunset from the balcony was amazing.

Aneta's place was great with amazing views out to the sea and a beach a short walk away. I look forward to coming back to Albania and Aneta's place.

Would definitely rebook here when possible. This is a great location overall and the host was super accommodating and responsive. The villa was very nice, spacious and perfectly situated in the road to Ksamil. Front row seats to the beautiful Ionian sea and Corfu island. 5 stars!

Nos avons passé un peu moins d’une semaine dans le logement proposé par Arta et nous ne regrettons pas notre choix. Le centre de Saranda est accessible à pied mais ils faudra marcher un petit peu (15-20 minutes) La vue depuis le balcon offre de très beaux couchés de soleils sur la mer tous les soirs ce que nous avons particulièrement appréciés. Arta a été une hôte agréable, disponible pour répondre à nos questions et ses instructions pour rejoindre le logement sont très claires. Seul petit bémol, le lit est confortable mais grince pas mal au moindre mouvement.

Nice apartment and good accommodation with great sea view and access to pools. Only was given one key for a group of 8 which was inconvenient and no replacement toilet paper

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The sunsets were magnificent and a the view every night was perfect. The apartment looked like the photos and was very clean and well stocked with everything you need to make your stay. Without a car we found the location to be a bit far out of town particularly as we were there out of season and a lot of restaurants hadn’t opened yet, however as we were leaving things were opening up and I think once that happens the location won’t seem so far. We did have a lot of issues regarding utility cut offs but Daniel, the property manager, was quick to respond and solve it

100% Empfehlung. Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet, groß und der Blick wundervoll. Wir sind jeden Tag bis zur Promenade gelaufen und haben unterwegs in tollen Bäckereien und Restaurants geschlemmt. Der Weg ist recht lang und man entdeckt immer wieder Neues. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung der Unterkunft wird weiterhin gebaut, viele Gebäude sind noch leer und es liegt etwas Müll rum. Aber die Wohnung liegt in einem neuen Gebäude, es scheinen noch nicht alle Einheiten vermietet zu sein, dadurch war es recht ruhig. Vom Fluß her kommt je nach Wasserstand ein leises oder ständiges Rauschen. Wir hatten 2 laute und 2 leise Tage. Ein Supermarkt big market befindet sich in 500 Metern Laufdistanz und scheint neu zu sein, frisches Obst und Gemüse findet man weiter in Richtung Promenade. Die Bushaltestelle nach Ksamil ist beim Planet Supermarkt. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder hierher kommen!

We had a good time. The apartment is newly renovated and very clean. You can find very good restaurants and market nearby. It is close to the beach and close to all attractions. Ina helped us find the location very easily. Our only problem was that the elevator is old and very noisy. But after 2 days we got used to it. We recommend this location. It is very nice, clean and has a beautiful view to the sea.

We had an amazing stay at Mario’s place! The apartment was absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean, brand new, and in a perfect location. Everything was walkable, from incredible restaurants to beach clubs. Mario went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, gave us so many recommendations and even helped us with our luggage. Highly recommend this Airbnb!

Wir haben 12 Tage in Pavlis Unterkunft verbracht. Vorab, sehr netter Kontakt, bei Fragen immer direkt geantwortet. Wohnung war super ausgestattet, sauber und sehr groß. Vor allem der fantastische Blick vom Balkon auf das Meer hat uns jedes mal wieder überrascht. Der Strand zum Baden ist nur ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Direkt an der Straßen gibt es genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Cafés/Restaurants. Wer ein eine schöne Zeit in Sarande verbringen will, ist in dem Apartment genau richtig!

Great place centrally located. Minutes walk from Mango beach. Pictures are accurate and the view is unbelievable. Would highly recommend. Perfect for our first time in Sarande

Todella kaunis huoneisto, upea näkymä parvekkeelta merelle. Sila oli todella ystävällinen ja avulias, huoneisto oli kaunis ja hyvin puhdas. Parkkeeramisen kanssa oli ongelmaa, koska ei osattu parkkeerata pieniin koloihin.,mutta saimme sitten apua ja saimme auton yksityiselle alueelle. Voimme suositella tätä huineistoa kaikille oli todella hintansa arvoinen ☀️☀️👍
