The space is charming, equipped and extra clean. The host is super considerate. We felt like we were home. Stunning view and amazing surroundings. All as described. A tip for those who like wines is that the house is close to a delicious winery and a very good restaurant. I recommend José Roberto's house, without a doubt.

Second time going with family to Sandra's space! The place is even more beautiful than what appears in the photos. The view, from all sides, looks like a hand-made painting and the place offers everything we need, from utensils, to the peace needed for rest. We have coffee with the cia of 2 toucans and several birds, a true refuge! It was cold, but we still enjoyed it a lot. This time only hydro was not working, but nothing that would impact our stay. I, my family and my dogs indicate this place with closed eyes, especially my dogs. Communication is fast and the place makes you feel at home.

We had a simply wonderful experience at Paola's chalet! From the first contact, she was extremely attentive and helpful, promptly answering all our questions and even giving us incredible tips on places to visit, eat and drink in the region. The cottage itself is perfect, clean, fragrant, with visible care in every detail that conveys a lot of affection. The silence and peace of the place are inexplicable, added to a breathtaking view, a true gift for those seeking rest and connection with nature. We felt completely comfortable, at peace and happy throughout the stay. Surely, God willing, we will return to enjoy even more days in this special corner. I highly recommend it from the heart! 💛

Our 3-day stay in São Francisco Xavier was simply spectacular! The refuge is magical, a true synonym for peace. The surrounding nature is breathtaking, with nights full of stars and even shooting stars that made the nights even more special. The fireplace brought an extra charm, creating a cozy and perfect environment to renew the energies. The internet worked very well and I was even able to work in a conference on Monday.
 The hosts, Mariana and Nilson, were extremely helpful, resolving all our issues quickly and always with great kindness. Each day was unique, and the experience was so remarkable that we will definitely return! A journey that will forever remain in our memories.

The place is spectacular. Poetry in the form of a stay. Exactly as in the photos… Everything in extremely good taste, elegant without being over. And there are some beautiful decorative details that you will only notice by being there. The house is super comfortable. Comfortable bed, good shower, spacious bathroom and has everything for a quiet stay. The view is truly breathtaking - you can see the sun rise and set straight from the bed, and at night we were treated to a stunning starry sky. Getting there was easy, even with the steep climb. Super quiet and private location. The city is also great, with many delicious restaurants. Erika and Fabio were great hosts and the stay exceeded all expectations. Highly recommended — and we will definitely be back :)

I celebrated my birthday in this wonderful house in the mountains with my family and it was unforgettable! The house is super well decorated, warm, with all the utensils we need and very high quality bed and bath linens. We all comment on how rare it is not to miss our bed, but the one there embraces us. The dawn is a spectacle in itself, and the constant sound of the waterfall brings a peace that is difficult to explain. The trail to it requires a little courage, but it is well worth it. Tip: Follow the Marco's directions, because Waze sent us down a terrible dirt road, and on the way back we fell into the “soap hill” trap! Even so, the experience was perfect. Marco was super attentive and patient with all my questions, and Edivan welcomed us with affection and good humor. We will come back for sure and recommend with eyes closed. Oh, and an important detail: the photos in the ad do not do justice to the real beauty of the place. If I could, I'd post the amazing photos we took

The space is very beautiful and private, relatively close to the center of SFX, 7km, the house is very spacious and comfortable, our pet loved the outdoor space. Sleeping and waking up listening to the stream in the background is very relaxing, the nights of clear sky are beautiful, it looks like a planetarium with thousands of visible stars. We will return!

It was a great stay Everything impeccable, home with all new and very comfortable items. All very clean and organized. Neide um love, left fruit for us, helped me in what I needed, even gave me fruit and tea salt because I was sick of the stomach. We feel super welcome and comfortable. Chalé Pedra Chanfrada is a perfect getaway! The location is spectacular, with an amazing view of the mountains and surrounded by lush nature. The cottage is extremely cozy and very well equipped, with all the details designed to offer comfort. The hammock porch is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the tranquility of the countryside. The hostess Silvana was wonderful, very friendly and always available to answer questions and make sure everything was just right. The self check-in system was also super practical and functional. Without a doubt, it is a place to disconnect from the world and recharge. I recommend it to everyone looking for a special place to rest. We'll be back for sure! PS: we stayed in the rainy season, Silvana with all her empathy and concern, guided us to the best route due to the bad roads. She kept in touch at all times, until we arrived at the chalet safely! Our stay was excellent! We will definitely return, the whole family loved it. When we arrived, there was an afternoon coffee with fresh cake and sweet thread waiting for us. Households are super available to help if you need and are friendly! It's well worth it, the space is excellent.

Excellent accommodation! The house and the surrounding landscape are even more beautiful in person, huge contact with nature (we even found many spiders, but we understand that any environment like this will have them). I was very pleased that the house was fenced because I could let my dog loose without any problem. The kitchen was stocked with all the utensils we needed, in fact, the whole environment. We only had to bring linens, towels and toilet paper. It's about 20 minutes from downtown. However, it is close to two waterfalls (ofuro and Cachoeira do Matão). Daiane gave us all the information very clearly and attentively. An addendum is that to get into the house, the ramp is a little complicated, so sometimes you have to go down and start over. We intend to return!

We spent the Carnival in the house. The house is as per the listing description. The location is very easy and is about 20 minutes from Sapucaí Mirim. Check-in was flexible. The kitchen is well equipped. The pool area is also equipped with fridge, barbecue, bathroom, shower. The pool was clean. The landscape is beautiful and the place is very quiet for those who want peace. Ana Paula always responded quickly and still gave us a wonderful cheese. There is a dog on the property very cute and friendly. We only have to thank you.

Very nice and comfortable space, close to the Essenza winery, with a large lawn and excellent rooms. The pets loved it and so did we!

Que Casa Maravilhosa! With a private waterfall just steps from the house, we have fun and relaxed immersed in nature. Maria and Ivo prepare the house with great affection and full of details. The house is super clean and complete! It has all the kitchen utensils, many pots, platters and bed linen and bath complete. We are sure to be back soon.

Wonderful house, spotless. It has everything you need, we spend 4 days cooking and enjoying the fireplace. Tasty shower and has heater in the rooms, which helps souuuuuito in the cold. The wonderful place! A little further away for those who like success and nature, like me and my boyfriend. We spent incredible days there.
