Holiday rentals with beach access in Sapphire Beach

Great apartment, extremely clean, everything we needed. Comfortable beds. Location is excellent, walking distance to all the shops. View from the balcony to the beach was great. Will definitely stay again in the future.

We keep coming back here when we stay in Sawtell and it doesn’t disappoint. Great place to stay, lovely location and helpful host. Will be back!

Our stay at Matariki was nothing short of exceptional. Our host, Julie, was warm, welcoming, proactive in her communication and quick to respond to questions. The welcome basket was great and Julie’s sourdough is worth fighting for! The location is very convenient and peaceful and the accommodation is very comfortable. This will be a return address for us … for sure.

We loved our stay. we did a walk down to the beach, along the boardwalk at Urunga and at the rainforest in Dorrigo! the place was clean and spacious.

Great stay, with beautiful views and lovely gardens. Blankets and heaters for chilly nights. Well-stocked kitchen if you don't want to go out.

We had the most incredible stay at this ocean view house! The views of the mountains and ocean are truly breathtaking - we spent hours gazing out at the stunning scenery. And when night fell, the starry sky was simply magical. The surrounding area is quaint and charming, with a lovely quiet atmosphere that's perfect for relaxation. The town is easily walkable, with great coffee shops and markets just a short stroll away. And the beaches? Absolutely stunning, and just a stone's throw from the house! The house itself is beautifully designed, with two bathrooms and a separate toilet room for added convenience. The open-plan living space is perfect for socializing, and the deck overlooking the ocean is the ultimate spot for dinner or relaxation. We can't recommend this house highly enough - the price is incredibly reasonable, especially given the amazing views and amenities. We would definitely come back, and can't wait to do so!"

We loved our stay here! It was the perfect spot for a reunion weekend with our four families. Cheryl was very accommodating with our check in times and extra little people. The house was beautiful, such a homey beach vibe. The backyard was perfect for the kids to play in and us adults to lay in the sun. Walking distance to a beautiful beach with an inlet being a great play space for kids. The surfers in our group raved about the Arrawarra waves. We’re all keen to make booking this house a yearly tradition!

Beautiful home, everything in the kitchen that you needed. Pool was clean and fun. Black cockatoos flying over every morning was an absolute treat! Plenty of space in house for kids and I. Hosts were excellent. Would absolutely come back here again!! Thanks Mark for having my tribe stay.

We loved The Yurt. Such an great layout. Place was squeaky clean, very comfortable, the bed and bedding was super comfortable. Everything was as described in the description, having all the essentials available (esp. as we were doing a one night stop over stay on our way to Hervey bay Qld). We have stayed here before on our way up to Hervey bay Qld & back to Melbourne over the last 3 yrs and liked it so much we wanted to stay here again on our way up this year. A very comfortable, warm & friendly home. Fully equiped with everything you would need, kitchen, linen, towels. It was just like being in your own home. Hop & a skip to the beautiful, pet friendly beach, excellent eateries 7 mins away at Woolgoolga, 15 mins to the Heart of Coffs, and the Jetty (one of my new favourite places) Markets….. it was the best stay, even with the rain………….. thank you Stumpy & Kerrie, we really hope to be coming back and enjoying your lovely home again soon, JO :-😊, Kobe & Nelly Nelly Noo Noo x

Lovely, comfortable home with quality furniture and facilities. Excellent location - so good to be able to walk out the back door, along a path, to a dog-friendly beach! South West Rocks is a beautiful area with lots to do; we loved that the town was walking distance away. Very easy check-in and out.

Ignacio and Jill are great hosts. Very friendly and gracious. Their unit is peaceful and has everything you need for your stay. I’d recommend them to anyone.

Great little place. Nothing fancy but had everything you need. Bonus points for a well-stocked kitchen in terms of utensils and crockery! Even a sharp knife, which is a rarity! Very walkable to town and the beach, even with kids. Literally 3 minutes. The pool is not heated for those wondering, so it was sub 15 degrees in June. No air con or heating so the night was a bit chilly in the cold snap but there were enough blankets to keep warm! Loved the balcony! We had a great time and the complex was quiet and calm. Perfect for a family with young kids, especially in summer it would be fantastic!

Ken’s unit is spacious, full of natural light and very comfortable to relax in. The outlook that sweeps around the living area is just stunning. What you get to enjoy on a one hour loop from the house is Equally amazing. We loved it.
