The apartment is located in the center of Mindelo, in the building of Urgimed's medical clinic on the top floor with the advantage of having a private terrace with barbecue and Gazebo. The apartment is fully equipped (fridge, stove, microwave, etc.) and the rooms (3) are also fully equipped with 2 toilets. It is very well situated - in front of the Police Command and the President's House. There's a supermarket and a butcher shop ahead. It is 5 minutes walk to Laginha beach. The area is calm.
