Holiday rentals with breakfast in São Tomé and Príncipe

Had a perfect stay here in the center of the capital. Safe and good place to stay. Also a good place to start your trip around the island. Amilson helped us all the way through our stay. Easy to get a rental, exchange money or organize tours. best local guide! Breakfast is 8€/day/person. Well-done with local fruits. Good service, clean and nice pool.

Our family had a wonderful stay at VANHA. Bastien went above and beyond to host us, especially with the children / he took us on a walk around the plantation, at night set up his telescope to show us the planets and stars. His shop of local products is also amazing! Went home with vanilla pods, interesting tea and although we don’t drink, friends who joined us for a meal happily bought bottles of his bespoke gin from the distillery saying it was “clean and delicious, the best gin in Africa”.

I really falled in love with this guest house and the island itsel. The reception that was given to me by the owner it was unbelievable, I had a free offered a free ride from the aiport to the place, upon arrival I was received with coconut waters and many local fruits that I loved and I didnt even know they exist. The place made me feel at home, very hospitable staff, very green garden with plenty of fruit trees and a stunning view where you can observe the best beach in the city and the planes landing and taking off. The owner managed me to get a car ans a guide for a very affordable prices, therefore I can advise this for anybody coming for tourism. The house is close to everythint that a person needs, there is a restaurant outside the guest, 1 min from hospital, 2 minutes from the best and biggest supermarket, 2 minutes from the beach and so on. The sad part was to leave the place and the staff that were there for me for everyrhing. I would like to thank them for everything.

Quartos extremamente agradáveis no Príncipe e numa ótima localização central em Santo António. A Judite (dona) tem o restaurante no piso térreo sempre com comida deliciosa a sair - façam reserva do almoço ou jantar para assegurar uma mesa e disponibilidade dos pratos! O quarto tem muito boas condições, A/C, água quente e Wi-Fi de boa qualidade (de notar que na ilha desligam a eletricidade às 2h-3h da manhã). Também me deram alguma ajuda para alugar carro ou mota - peçam com antecedência para assegurar que têm veículos disponíveis para aluguer

Alojamiento espacioso, buenas vistas, personal muy atento y agradable, cenamos las dos noches allí bajo petición y la comida fue excelente. Repetiríamos sin dudarlo!

Le séjour s'est extrêmement bien passé. Les hôtes sont aux petits oignons pour notre confort, s'occuper de nous avec des petites attentions tout au long du séjour. Les petits déjeuner sont à tomber ! Et ils ont su nous aider à trouver tout ce que nous avions besoin en ville pour démarrer les vacances sereinement ! Le centre est à 5min et la mer, au pied de la maison. Parfait 👌 😁

If you want a place to stay i could not recommend higher this place. I had previously been to Sao Tome and experienced many issues regarding water electricity supply. Due to the facilities at this establishment you will go through your stay blissfully unaware to these issues. The neighbourhood is quiet, people welcoming and friendly. Unfortunately I didn't get to meet Mark personally during my stay but his staff did him proud and catered to all of our needs. I was travelling for business, but this place caters for this and also relaxation should you be on your holiday. This is by far my first choice of places stay while in Sao Tomè.

Très belle vue sur la mer, piscine, chambre confortable, pas loin de la capitale. Je recommande ! Excellent rapport qualité-prix.

Prince Residencial has the best value in town. Air conditioned. Comfortable bed and pillows. Instant very hot water (although you may not need it). Daily room cleaning and makeup. A few minutes walk from town center. Breakfast included.
