Holiday rentals with beach access in São Tomé and Príncipe

I highly recomand this property to all travelers, is a perfcet property and location and the owner and his son are very friendly and trying to help for everything you ask for.

The stay went extremely well. The hosts are onions for our comfort, take care of us with little touches throughout the stay. Breakfast is to die for! And they were able to help us find everything we needed in town to start the holiday with peace of mind! The center is 5 min away and the sea, at the foot of the house. Perfect 👌 😁

We felt well taken care of from the first second. The communication was just great...for small things, the staff were right there and helped us. Highly recommended is the food which is specially prepared. The path to the beach (about 10 minutes) is a bit adventurous but without much problems. We also liked the uncomplicated car booking. If there are extra wishes, such as SIM card, beer or fresh fruit, the staff drove into the city and got everything.

We were happy with Gomez place, he was friendly and helpful. The place was nice and great location right in the city. The listing didn’t have a washing machine when we arrived which was a reason for booking for us but when we spoke with Gomez he arranged for the laundry to be done for us. It did take a couple of days to be returned but we wasn’t charged any extra for this which was good. Gomez arranged our car hire and money exchange which was very useful and also collected us from the airport for a fair price. The check in process was smooth and we were able to check in immediately on arrival in the morning before the usual check in time which was great for us. Thanks for a lovely stay.

The greatest Airbnb in São Tomé. Very comfortable and perfect location. Host was very welcoming and always reaching out to help and ensure that everything was fine.

Mario helped me to get all my questions answered before arriving. He is also a great guide and showed me many places in the whole country during my stay. It’s very difficult to find someone who speaks English in São Tomé so it was great that I had him as a guide. The accommodation is located in a very safe area. The breakfast includes some fresh fruits from the garden. Good value for money. I definitely recommend you to stay here if you come to visit São Tomé!

Célio's space is very beautiful, situated in a paradisiacal landscape. Célio is an excellent host, always available to help, give tips and support us daily. With him always around, we feel very safe and supported. We were very surprised by the positive. I highly recommend this place

Yaras Castle is currently the only way to stay on the island of Rolas. Everything is new and conveniently furnished. The house is located in the middle of the only village on Rolas. It has two bedrooms and a living room with air conditioning, as well as a bathroom with shower and a kitchen niche with microwave, fridge, coffee machine. There is a bar and a restaurant from the house for all meals. Rui and his team take care of everything on site. They welcomed us with a cocktail on the beach, showed us the island, organized us excursions and were always eager to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Rui speaks perfect English in addition to Portuguese. Thank you very much for a great time. We can recommend Yaras Castle to anyone who wants to experience the beautiful island of Rolas in the center of the world with its paradisiacal beaches and above all the warm and lovely residents for longer than one day!

Nice and safe place to stay in Sao Tome. Close to the good restaurants. The host is very responsive, helpful and pleasant person. The house not far from the main road to the beautiful beaches.

Great stay with José, who was a perfect host as well as his whole team! Location away from the hustle and bustle of the city, at the entrance to the National Park. Beautiful Beach within a walking distance!

Marias place was a little oasis in the busy life of Sao Tome. This spacious house and garden felt really safe and relaxed especially with Oscar the care taker and night security on site 24/7. There were lovely views of the bay from the living room & garden. The efficient working air conditioning in the living room and both bedrooms along with secure off road parking were of great value to us . Supermarket & town only a short drive away. Just a special thank you to Maria, who helped us out last minute due to mix-ups with other properties. Enjoy your expedition as we did Paul & Angela
