This place is great and very comfortable!, the hosts were great communicators and were waiting for us when we arrived. the location is a short walk to pretty much everything in Ponta Delgada. We had a car and never had any problems finding street parking for the week that were there. It was exactly what we wanted and needed.

Absolutely fantastic stay!! Everything was as advertised and José was super responsive with whatever we needed, including a flexible check in and check out when we had an early morning flight! The apartment itself is spotless and comfortable with everything you need. The included assigned parking space in the garage is clutch, as it makes it easier after a day of exploring to come home and not worry about parking. The building is quiet, safe, secure, and in a great area! I cannot recommend Jose enough and encourage anyone coming to Sao Miguel to skip the hotel and stay with Jose instead! Thanks for the great stay!

Wir waren Anfang Juni 2025 für 9 Nächte in Ponta Delgada. Die Wohnung sieht aus wie auf den Bildern, war sauber und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Insbesondere die Küche war gut ausgestattet, obwohl wir diese durch das vielseitige kulinarische Angebot in der Stadt eher wenig genutzt haben. Die Matratze empfanden wir als etwas hart, aber das ist sicherlich Gewöhnungssache. Die großzügige Garage ist mehr als praktisch, da Parkplätze entlang der Straße nur begrenzt vorhanden und zudem recht eng sind. Vor dem Check-in habe ich den angekündigten Sicherheitscode leider nicht erhalten. Nach einem kurzen Telefonat konnte das aber innerhalb weniger Minuten behoben werden. Ansonsten war die Kommunikation mit WelcomeBuddy den ganzen Urlaub über reibungslos und unkompliziert. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Es gab frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher . Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war sehr gut. Wir müssten früh abreisen und sie haben für uns einen Taxi arrangiert

We loved staying at Maria’s place! Lots of free parking were available on the street. We had everything we needed around the apartment. Grocery stores, bakeries, etc. It is around 10-15 min walk to the center of Ponta Delgada. The house was cozy, and very clean. Maria was very responsive, and her instructions were clear. She even left some informations about the local shops and surroundings. I would 100% book again for my next visit.

Immaculate and great location in Furnas. Clean, comfortable apartment with well-appointed kitchen. The location was amazing just a block from Parque Terra Nostra. The Caldeiras are on the other side of town, a 10-15 minute walk. Ample street parking a short distance from the apartment. We found the washer/dryer useful. The best part for me was how quiet the penthouse was. It is on a main street, but the place is in the back of the building, and we never heard street noise or neighbors. This was my favorite place of the 3 we stayed at in Portugal, but it was my wife's second favorite, as it was smaller than the others and she found it a bit cramped.

This view was amazing! The balcony was incredible! Apartment was clean, beautifully decorated and spacious. We loved the open living room for enjoying a glass of wine! Rain shower head was fabulous! This area felt safe, was quiet and the room darkening shades were perfect! The host was kind, responsive and patient as we got lost trying to check in. She left us fruit, local ham and cheese, milk and cookies, and jam! This was worth every penny! Also has an elevator for easy access and abundant parking right in front of the apartment.

Sofia’s Airbnb was the perfect spot for our stay in the Sao Miguel. It was central, looked just like the photos and Sofia’s communication was amazing. She always proactively ensured we had everything we needed and responded right away whenever we had questions. Definitely having free parking options close by was a bonus. Would recommend this Airbnb on your visit.

Afonso’s place was exactly how it was described. It truly is in the heart of Ponta Delgada—walkable to various restaurants, museums, stores, and the pier. The balcony was a nice perk of the home!

Staying at Debbie's place was the perfect way to start off our trip! Absolutely amazing views from any window in the place. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of fresh towels for our stay. We enjoyed having our coffee & pasteis de nata every morning at the property before heading out to explore the island. Great location - we walked to a different (delicious) restaurants each night. Since we were traveling very light, having the washer there to do a small load of laundry was very convenient. Would definitely stay there again!

This was a very clean organized place. We extended our stay from 3 days to 6 days! It was a very comfortable apartment with easy free parking and grocery stores close by, too. Highly recommended apartment!

I had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in super easy. Everything I needed was provided, and I felt right at home. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Nous recommandons ce logement super bien équipé et un point de départ idéal pour explorer l’île. On ne manque de rien et l’hôte est très sympathique et aidant. J’aurais donné 6 étoiles si possible!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Roberto, un très grand appartement, avec une très belle cuisine, de nombreuses chambres spacieuse et une terrasse ensoleillée, je recommande

Der Kontakt mit Mario war freundlich und unkompliziert, er hat sehr schnell auf Fragen reagiert. Der Check-in war problemlos, man konnte über eine App die Haus- und Wohnungstür elektronisch öffnen. In der Wohnung waren dann die Schlüssel. Die Wohnung an sich war sauber und wie auf den Fotos beschrieben (Wohnung war sogar größer als wir gedacht hatten). Das Doppelbett war relativ hart, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Das zweite Schlafzimmer haben wir nicht genutzt. Die Ausstattung war ausreichend, hier und da hätte man es aber erweitern können (1-2 weitere Handtücher, mehr kleine Löffel, Tabs für die Spülmaschine, ein Tischchen für den Balkon). Aber das sind nur Kleinigkeiten, sonst war alles super. Die Lage ist ganz gut, man hat vor dem Haus und an der Straße viele Parkplätze, so dass man immer einen freien Parkplatz finden konnte. Bis zum Hafen und bis in die Stadt musste man ca. 20 Minuten laufen. Die Wohnung liegt im 5. Stock, es ist aber ein Fahrstuhl vorhanden.

Beautiful location. Sea view. Big sliding glass doors and wonderful black out blinds. Brilliant shower. Gualter and his wife were perfect hosts, helping with local convenient car hire and taxi too. Always there to help make the trip smooth and special. Great hosts, great apartment, great location. There are sea water swimming pools within 5 minutes walk! We loved this.

Impecável, estrutura muito bem projetada. Decoração linda, vista maravilhosa do jardim e privilégio de ver os aviões decolando pela proximidade do aeroporto. Proprietário muito educado, e Sofia muito solicita com as nossas necessidades. Proporcionaram um Check in flexível que foi um grande diferencial. Todos os utensílios de cozinhas disponíveis pra todas as necessidades. Amei e super recomendo.

André was very helpful from beginning to the end of our stay. Always available if any help or advice was needed. Extremely friendly in communication and checking in with us during our stay to make sure all was okay. Amazing experience and great location. The hot tub was exactly what we needed at the end of an adventurous day! I recommend to anybody looking for a great experience and central location while in Sao Miguel!

Really can’t say enough positive things about this spot. Excellent location right in the heart of Ponta Delgada, walkable to everything. Clean, modern, well lit space with all the amenities, even a curated wine selection. Honestly one of the nicest AirBNBs I’ve ever stayed in and perfect for our family of 5’s stay on Sao Miguel.

Great location with an awesome view! We enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of hiking. Easy drive to and from the airport and top attractions on the island. Highly recommend staying here if you visit the Azores!

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in dieser Unterkunft in Ponta Delgada! Der Whirlpool war ein absolutes Highlight – nach einem langen Tag voller Erkundungen der Insel konnten wir hier perfekt entspannen und dabei die atemberaubende Aussicht auf das Meer und die umliegende Landschaft genießen. Die Lage des Hauses war ideal: ruhig und dennoch gut erreichbar. Wir fühlten uns von der ersten Minute an willkommen, da die Gastgeber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit waren. Sie gaben uns viele tolle Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants in der Umgebung. Die Unterkunft war sauber, gut ausgestattet und hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Besonders gefallen hat uns die große Terrasse, auf der wir morgens unseren Kaffee trinken und abends den Sonnenuntergang bewundern konnten. Wir können dieses Airbnb wärmstens empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder, wenn wir das nächste Mal auf den Azoren sind!

My husband and I had a great stay at Bruno’s Airbnb. We picked this apartment because it is located in a very quiet neighborhood, 7 minutes away from the supermarket, and about 15 minutes away from Ponta Delgada. When we arrived the space was very clean, spacious, and well maintained. Everything looks brand new. The bed was very comfortable to sleep in after a long adventurous day. He was very quick to answer any of our questions and he provided some great recommendations on places to visit, and where to eat. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend.
