It was a huge pleasure to stay in this charming house for 5 days! The house is very cozy with an amazing outdoor space that our dogs, Gaia and Pandora, loved it! All necessary utensils were available, which made our stay even more comfortable. The gourmet area and pool were great for enjoying our family moments. Hosts are extremely polite, thoughtful, and concerned about the well-being of guests, which made all the difference. Check-in and check-out were super flexible, which was greatly appreciated. We recommend this house for those looking for a comfortable and cosy stay. We've passed some suggestions for improvements to hosts, but nothing to discredit the location. Thanks for welcoming us so well

Liliam welcomed us very well, I needed to settle in quickly for work in São Pedro, and the few days I stayed, I was able to enjoy the stay at the house. Super complete, close to the center of São Pedro, close to pharmacies, restaurants and markets. Quiet street for rest, great outdoor space for a barbecue! I spent 5 days staying in the house and it's a flawless place, even better in person. All very well organized and the very beautiful and airy decoration of a beach house. In addition to beauty, it has all the utensils necessary to spend the days: bedding, pool/beach towels, kitchen items, all very complete. The condominium is very quiet, has an excellent pool to cool off at the end of the day after the tours. The swimming pool is from the common area of the condominium but on no day we went had people using it, so we ended up having privacy even there. Finally, the owner of Vera and the host Juliane were great, they always responded quickly, guiding everything correctly and proving to be available for any need. I will come back more often for sure!

Excellent house, very well equipped and with a privileged location. Adimar was very cool in all the interactions and also helped us a lot by making Check-in and check-out more flexible. Our family loved the structure of the house and the location. We intend to go back again and again.

The house is beautiful, cozy, comfortable as the photos show, with air-conditioning in all the rooms and with all the features we need in our stay. It is inside a quiet and secure condominium with a direct exit at Linda Beach. The beds are very comfortable. Some improvement points that the host can only resolve if we inform them, have been passed on, but nothing that compromises the stay. The checkin is done without the presence of the host or anyone, so I recommend requesting the contacts of the housekeeper and the cleaning lady before going to their stay. The village met my family's needs very well. I recommend to spend a few days there.

Excellent accommodation, house exactly as described in the listing, with all the necessary utensils for a good stay. Very quiet condominium, no mess, family atmosphere. Spotless house all very clean and organized , has pretty much everything we use in everyday life . very close to everything ,especially to Cabo frio rs we love the house and we will definitely come back more often and recommend tbm .

Wonderful House! We met our expectations. All in order and extremely clean, air-conditioned environments, kitchen complete with new utensils. The jacuzzi made all the difference! The Levi host is an amazing person without being willing to help with recommendations for sightseeing and welcoming places. I recommend it!

We spent an excellent carnival. The house is very good and the beach is close. The host is very good people. I recommend it to everyone who wants to get to know São Pedro. The beach has only families and no mess. We'll be back!

the house is perfect, exactly as advertised, it is very spacious, well equipped and extremely beautiful and organized. There are many shops nearby and we found everything we needed here nearby. Christian was very helpful even while traveling, communication was great and he helped us whenever necessary.

Extremely peaceful stay. Vera was super helpful on the chat and then on WhatsApp, she gave me all the recommendations and answered all my questions. The house was well organized and clean as in the photos, I had no difficulty. I highly recommend the stay and I intend to return soon to use the pool, which, although clean and ready to use, I was unable to use due to the cold.

The stay was wonderful, the house is very beautiful, it had everything we needed to spend the days, equipped kitchen, large and comfortable rooms and impeccable cleanliness, with an excellent barbecue area, and the hostess was very helpful in serving us. Next time I go to the lake region, I will give priority to Cátia's accommodations.

I loved the stay, I stayed 5 days and felt at home, everything clean and impeccable, very fragrant bed linen and towels. Neiva was very receptive, and made herself available at all times. Great location, quiet and family neighborhood. I'll be back more often.

Beautiful and comfortable accommodation, Ana was a great host, welcomed us super well, always very accurate. Quiet place with many restaurant options. There is no beach in the city, there is a lake, but we were told that it was not suitable for bathing, but from there it is super easy to access cities such as arraial, cable cold and shellfish.

The host was always very helpful and very flexible with our needs during the stay, especially regarding the check-out time. Very comfortable gourmet space on the rooftop, barbecue, swimming pool, etc., with a privileged view of the city and very close to the event venue we were attending (Praca da Estação). I recommend it!

Ana is very kind and welcomed us very well, with the house in order and clean, the house is 50 minutes from Arraial and 35 from Cabo Frio. We love it!

Large and comfortable house, well located, wonderful reception, we had help to program the cable TV, brand new stove, new and clean pots, everything was fine, very clean, neighbors in the quiet surroundings, zero stress, it's worth it.

It was days of rest. Flávia and her husband are very attentive, super friendly. My family and I felt at home. A good place for those who want to rest. Upon arrival, they welcomed us with open arms and I loved the treat!!!! The bed and bath linens are impeccable and super fragrant. A single observation to help the next guests and bring repellent, at night many mosquitoes which is normal for the region. I took it, but my son didn't ask me, haha, and he only mentioned it on the last day. we will return more often for sure. The pool is wonderful and the spaces in the house are also. As you are new to the app, I advise you to put a microwave that makes it much easier to use and heat up food or even frozen food. Just a quick note. We'll be back soon!!!!

I would like to thank Silvio and his wife for the welcome, hospitality and kindness, they are excellent people. The house is very well structured, comfortable and with all amenities. Safe neighborhood and excellent location, as it is close to Park Lagos shopping mall (less than 10 minutes on foot) and restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets. We felt at home and will definitely be back.

Everything was perfect, the house is great. Quiet neighborhood. The televisions are all Smartv. The house is very well equipped too. Angelica was always very solicitous and provided all the necessary information. A 10!

we were looking for a place to rest, and Jean's house is wonderful! cleaning, organizing and a super airy and very quiet place without noise, we were very happy to have found this house, not to mention that Jean is very attentive. We got it right, it was worth it.
