Excellent accommodation, as described. Large apartment, quiet neighborhood, practically in front of the beach of the dunes and a few meters from the beach of the fort. Close to local shops. You can do everything on foot. Host Adilson answered all of our questions and if they are available. Likewise, the janitor Walmir I always request to assist us. I'll definitely come back again and again.

Beachfront apartment, cable TV, internet, very functional household appliances. Family condominium, quiet, with parking, automatic gate, living area and barbecue. Close to shops, downtown Iguaba, pharmacies and all the amenities the place offers. We intend to return at least twice a year. Excellent location. Very welcoming and attentive host. Extremely safe neighborhood. Perfect rental for couples and families with children.

Very good stay, cozy penthouse, with 4 bedrooms, great gourmet area and pool, good bathrooms, room and spacious kitchens, ease of checkin and checkout, request and proactive host.

Large apartment, very good beds,super clean, clean bed and bath linen,very good indeed. The air-conditioning was missed,but it had good fans. We had problems with the stove and with the electric power,which was quickly solved. I suggest you change the couch,as it is wood,it was not comfortable.

Great penthouse near Dunas beach. The host Laurent gave us good tips and Adriana welcomed us very well, showed the whole apartment and guided us with everything. Paulo, the janitor of the condominium also very helpful. Great place to spend a few days with family. I recommend it too much.

We stayed at Danielle's apartment for a month and we loved it. The apartment is modern, well equipped, modern and comfortable with everything you need for a long term stay, including a kitchen with all the amenities you'd expect in your own home. The wifi was also reliable. The location is great, just a short 5 minute stroll to a lovely white sand beach and there are shops, bakeries, restaurants, bars and supermarkets all on your doorstop. We are so pleased we chose to stay at Danielle's as she is an outstanding host. Kind, friendly, very well organised and really goes out of her way to make her guest stay a memorable one. Whilst Danielle lives 3 hours from the apartment, she is always quick to respond to messages and her family and Mauro ( who takes care of the apartments day to day) are there to help you with anything you might need help with. Danielle owns a number of apartment in the area and I wouldn't hesitate to stay in any of them as you will feel right at home.

The apartment is great, well located, 5min drive from the beaches of the fort and Rocket. Local Clean, A Mrs. Rosane who assisted us and gave all the assistance is phenomenal, the gatekeepers of the building are also very attentive, the kitchen has a lot of utensils. We loved our stay in the Giselle and Wallace bungalow. The space was clean and organized. Condominio very clean also and organized. We love the pool. The local street has several good restaurants, nearby bakery and extra market. I went to the mall walking because it's close too. I will return other times and super indicate.

I took advantage of the holidays and went to Cabo Frio with my family in early August. The apartment is close to Dunas beach, but to speed things up it is better to drive there. The location is great, as it has easy access to Arraial do Cabo and the like. The day we went the apartment had no internet, apparently with some problem in the region, so that was a negative point for that moment, because as much as we were there enjoying the beach, at night when we arrived at the apartment we were limited in relation to the things that needed internet, so we had to route the internet from the cell phone to the TV. And Jorginho (caretaker) is super polite and always helped us when we needed it, especially with this Internet/check-in and check-out issue. The apartment has potential, it is large, it accommodated 5 people perfectly, but we felt a lack of utensils in the kitchen. (cutlery, glasses, pots) Otherwise, expectations were met and we had an amazing week in Cabo Frio.

It was a wonderful experience to host in the apartment of the Edivar in Cabo Frio. Excellent location, to walk to the Dunas beach and to the beach of Forte. Next to bakery, restaurants, pharmacy, etc. I went with my parents and felt at home from the first moment we entered the apartment. Everything was clean and smelling, and exactly matched the photos here in the listing. Large, well-maintained and well equipped space! Edivar was attentive and kept in close contact when he needed some information. I highly recommend!!! We will definitely return!!!

It was a great stay! Casa super clean and organized, we felt at home. Apartment with great location, near market, pharmacy, and near the bus station. Communication with the host was great, always with quick responses and still allowed us a flexible check in and check out. I hope to come back more often.

Our stay was amazing! We were afraid it would stay away from the beach but the place is very charming. There is a kiosk almost in front that on weekends it has a very special sambinha and you feel the atmosphere of the place. The apartment is in a quiet place, with a very close bakery and holds 1 couple with 2 children well. It has a swimming pool, sauna, barbecue and gym in the condominium but we hardly use it because Cabo Frio has a lot of good place to know around! I asked Luiza to provide mattresses for my children to sleep in the room and also beach towels, which was attended!!! Voltaria for sure!!!
